They did not do as thorough of a job as we would have liked. Often we had to walk around with a duster to clean certain areas they omitted. The price was competitive.

They are very good. We have other housecleaners and we like them. They come in and do the work promptly and everything has been good.

The first time they came for the in-depth cleaning, they forgot one side of the kitchen cabinets. No problem, it can happen and they gave me a discount on the next cleaning. I noticed the top of the blinds had fallen off, been placed against the wall and they had not told me. Once again, things happen. I had been interested in the fact that they would tidy up. But their way of tidying up is to dump everything in a bag or a box if they can find one next to the area they are cleaning. Shoes and books were found in the same box next to the fireplace. The second time they came, I noticed the blinds had not been dusted and it was not as "sparkling" as the first time (minus the kitchen cabinets). But ok. The third time was a disaster. They were so fast that it was suspicious. After they left, I found that the entire area around the couch had not been vacuumed, and since the living room is laminate floors, it was obvious. THey had not moved the appliances on the counter but simply wiped around them. They WIPE everything. No scrubbing, unless it's the kitchen counters. Grime around the bathroom faucets (which leads me to believe the second cleaning hadn't done it either, maybe even the first). I found a rag **IN** the bed, although I had specifically asked the manager during the original walk-through not to make the beds. And the worse, is that while walking in the kitchen that same afternoon in white socks, the socks were filthy grey. I took a white rag to check several spots on the kitchen floor, and I believe no detergent had been used. Just wiped with water. When I contacted the manager, they said they needed to send a team to evaluate the work done to see if it was performed to Molly Maids' standards and would eventually send another team to fix it if necessary. So one cleaning turns into 3 different appointments. I thought the guarantee was that the client would be satisfied, not the manager.

They have done a good job. The price is pretty much the same as others, maybe a little higher. They were responsive and punctual.

They are on time; they remove their own trash. It's interesting -- they start from the back of the house and move forward, ending out the door with their equipment and trash.

They charge $75 an hour and they did an hour and half’s service. They got back to me quickly once I told them about getting cleaning, because we they were cleaning the house before we moved in. There was nothing for them to improve upon. They were punctual and they came when they said they would which was really good because I had to coordinate a bunch of things; so that was really nice. They were able to do their things while I went and did other things. They didn’t need me to look over their shoulder telling them what to do. They did what they had to do and did it well.

They come out every month. They a good job and they are on time. They are always very professional when we meet them and they are flexible.

I am a senior citizen widower who has never had a cleaning service. I selected several names from Angie's List and asked for bids. Most responded to my home, looked over the areas, and submited their proposal. Their bids were generally similiar, and all had what I wanted - they were bonded and insured. Although they were not the lowest bid, I was impressed with, and selected, Molly Maid. Their deep clean was very complete, and my regular service will be starting shortly.

They do a good job overall. They may arrive sooner or later than the schedule. The only thing you do not want them to do is to let them clean your blinds. They broke my blinds several times. If you can live with that issue, this service is not bad.

The girls did a good job cleaning overall. There are a few things that could have been done better (cleaning sides of the dining table instead of just the top - we have a baby that makes a mess of it, kitchen cabinets were sometimes overlooked and the kitchen floor got a very superficial wipe with a barely wet mop). I dismissed them for the following reason: They dropped and broke my bathroom scale. The owner confirmed that it was their fault and that I would receive a credit for it. I even found and gave them the invoice for the scale (cost $100.00). This was two months ago and after multiple calls, I still have not received the credit. Final straw was their last cleaning - it usually takes them 1.5 hours to clean the house - last time, they were done in half an hour. (I'm home when they clean). After I inspected the work, it was obvious that they rushed through it so fast that it didn't look any better than it was before their visit. They were not the ladies that usually came.
