 + -1 moreIt's been at least a month and haven't heard a word from them. Disappointing since they were recommended by a friend that had them install a system in his home. I don't think I would use them.
Description of Work: Stopped by their show room to discuss a new remote and fan for my home theater set up. Ask for a price for a Harmony 890 remote and a fan I could install in the cabinet with my equipment. They took my phone number and said they would call.

 + 0 moreThe business is very competent of their equipment. They properly installed to prevent damage during the minor earthquakes. The cost represents $400 for installation and remaining 4600 for the TV. I had a previous purchase with Modern TV and was very impressed. They honored the original stated installation price even though it was going to cost more than anticipated.
Description of Work: Modern TV Sales & Service installed the platform and the 47 LCD television to my wall. With the installation process, it also included hooking up the extra cords for other televisions throughout our home and general line hookups. I purchased the TV from them as well.

 + -1 moreWE WERE VERY SATISFIED! THEY WERE VERY FAST, CAME TO THE HOUSE PROMPTLY. WE HAD HAD AN ANTENNA INSTALLED BEFORE AND IT DIDN'T WORK. THE ANTENNA FROM MODERN TV, HOWEVER, WORKED REALLY WELL.
Description of Work: WE CALLED MODERN TV TO REPLACE AND PUT UP A NEW ANTENNA FOR US. THE COMPANY ALSO DOES SATELLITE AND HDTV INSTALLATIONS.

 + -1 moreThey are honest, and professional. They have not tried to sell us a new TV even though we need one. My husband really likes them. Their prices aren't bad at all. They charged us $70 for the complete repair, and service call.
Description of Work: Repaired our TV. The picture tube was going out, and they just repaired it to keep it together.
