Description of Work: I was referred by my neighbor about the Michelle Miner Design service and I called and left a message. She never called back and I re-called her again about a week later and then she called back. We made an appt for her to come see my house and to discuss the remodel project that I wanted her to look at. She never showed up. And about a week later she called back and told me that she's forgotten about the appt. She agreed to stop by for 15 min and borrowed the current house drawings from my previous remodel. At this time I decided not to use her service and asked her to return the drawings. This took another two weeks to get the drawings back even though she lives fairly close by. I'd rather be told straight that if she is too busy to take another client rather than being forgotten.
