Juan Meza has been a prompt, patient professional from our first phone conversation to the end. We arranged meeting times easily enough, and he was punctual to his word. I was ever-impressed with Juan's fast, thorough and well-documented quote sheet from our first meeting in July 2012. Juan was tops especially after asking 3 others for their quotes who could not even come close, both in documentation of the scope of work and pricing. So my good impression was solidified as we finally committed to his quote by Thanksgiving. We all really appreciate Juan and his staff for working with us to do the and quot;bestand quot; possible. Juan's staff from phones to expert fencers worked quickly, 8am - 3pm, removing the old fencing and installing the new fence and 2 gates. Both neighbor and we were extremely pleased with their professionalism. Highly recommend without any hesitation Meza's Fencing! !!!

He was almost 20 minutes late. He said that the traffic was bad and I can understand. After measuring and discussing the project, he said that he will give a quote on the same day but I did not get it. I also called another two companies for a quote and they came to my house on time and gave me the price immediately.

Juan Meza came out and discussed with me exactly what would be done to replace the fencing. I had some issues with a neighbor who waters the fence when he waters his lawn, causing the fencing to rot prematurely and sag after only a few years. He made several suggestions including pressure treated posts, bottom bracing and plastic spacers to keep the boards from sitting in water in the bottom rail. I chose all those options and was given a quote. Literally the night before the work was to be done, I called him and requested that a privacy lattice be added to the top. No problem. The two workers arrived 10 minutes early even though it was raining.(I didn't think they would come!) They removed the old fence and while marking the property line for the new posts, discovered that the cypress was over the line into my neighbors yard and needed to be cut back. Keep in mind that they did not have the equipment for tree trimming and it wasn't part of the plan. This and quot;branchand quot; was 8and quot; across and probably 20' long. Almost 1/4 of the tree. He said it would be extra because of the time and that he would do his best. He borrowed a ladder and a long tree saw and got it done. It took the 2 of them about 45 minutes to get it all down because not only was it huge, but intertwined with the rest of the tree. They installed the new fence, cleaned everything up in only 5 hours (which was only 15 minutes longer than I was told BEFORE they had to spend the unplanned 45 minutes on the tree ) and wrote up a new bill to include the extra lathe $160 for 40' and tree trim $80. The fence looks fantastic and I am extremely happy with it. My neighbors are happy too. Only time will tell how it holds up to the water.....we will see. Professional, friendly,fast and great communication between everyone. Couldn't ask for more! I plan to have them do my front fence next.

They were extremely good and very responsive. I watched them do the work, and they did a great job! They were quick; within a couple of hours, they replaced the old fence with a new one. The quality of the work is excellent and their price was competitive. Their clean-up was excellent as well!

Arrived on time to provide the quote. Scheduled the job within a week and finished the job in just one day.

Juan came out to the house the day after I called. He demonstrated his mastery of his craft by telling me about the specs of the other fences in my neighborhood and what the pros and cons were. He gave me clear choices and identified all of the potential problem areas with my project in advance so that we could make decisions ahead of time. Juan gave me a prompt project start date and his crew arrived right on time. They were professional and friendly to deal with. They were respectful of my property and of my neighbors. They worked quickly, but safely and with a sense of craftsmanship that I respect. The job was done exactly on time and exactly on budget. The work was excellent and just what I asked for. I have more fencing work to do in the future and I will call no one other than Meza's Fence.

Received estimate immediately after inspection. Called office to go over details. Faxed acceptance of estimate. Only slight detour is I had to call to confirm they received the fax. The woman in the office apoligized as she thought Carlos had already contacted me. Date was set for the work. They were able to easily accomodate my schedule. the work was done as described and when. all debri was cleaned up.

Meza's Fence gave me an estimate. The estimator listened to what I wanted. He quoted me a price. We agreed on the work. The men came at the appointed time. Fence was constructed with good materials and to my specifications. All work was completed quickly. They cleaned up as they went. They finished when they said they would. Fence is working well. I would definitely use them again.

We had planned to use a previous contractor who has done work for our neighbors, but after he was a no-show we found Mezas Fence on Angies List. The owner gave us a competitive bid and told us he could start today (Tuesday) at 8:00am. The crew was here at 7:45am. It wasn't an easy job: the back fence has a large tree in the middle of it and needed to match fences on either side that are at different heights. Post holes needed to be done for the fences in the back and front yards. We have neighbors who stay home and like to complain. We thought it would be a two-day job given the amount of work, detail and PR involved--but they were done by 4:00pm. We have beautiful new fences, the yards look great, and the neighbors didn't call to complain. What more could we ask? We're definitely recommending Mezas Fence to our friends. Thanks guys!

There weren't any problems. They did a great job. They had the right place. They came on time and did it right.

This is a family company. They work like a fine tuned machine. Everyone does their part. They did an excellent job on the fence construction. They custom made the gates. They were most accommodating and worked well with one very difficult neighbor that was not willing to work with us on the fence replacement. The neighbor had a lot of plants mounted and hanging on the fence. I was also very concerned about timing. I did not want to take the fence down and have it down for a few days, I have a corner lot on a busy street and have 2 dogs and my neighbor has 3. Juan and crew were terrific, they had the entire fence down and back up in one day as promised. I checked several contractors and the price was fair, between $21-$25 foot depending on kickboard and fence board height. The total cost listed was split between 3 neighbors so my piece was $3000. Great experience, highly recommended.
