They are working for me right and are great. I always use them and they are the best painting company around. Their quality is really good, they have professional painters and the owner, David, is a good guy who is very honest. They always do what they say they are going to do and I will use them again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Master Brush. I have a two story house that was in need of painting. We wanted to paint the exterior of our home, as well as the fencing around the home and a pergola in the back yard patio. David came to our home and gave us an estimate for these items and also said his crew would also take care of power-washing and sealing our brick walkway and backyard tiling. Also he specified that his team would also paint the roof jacks on the roof and put a fresh coat of paint on a shed that I have in my side yard as well. While this was a little more than I really needed, his estimate came in around the same price that other painting contractors were quoting for just the painting of the home. The real reason I chose Master Brush, though, was because I knew that their prep work would be superior to the other contractors. I was not disappointed. A crew of three men showed up to my house and spent three full long days prepping the home. All needed areas were patched and then the ENTIRE home was given a coat of primer. The pergola was sanded down and a coat of elastomeric was applied including the top. At this point David returned to my home and made sure that everything was being done exactly as described in his bid. After a little more sanding and scraping my house, pergola, fencing, shed and trim were painted in the colors of my choice and it looks beautiful. Can't say enough about David and his team. All the prep work really does make a huge difference and my brick walkway leading to my home really looks fantastic.
Description of Work: Exterior of the home was sanded, primed and painted. Front brick walkway was power-washed and sealed. Back patio tiling was power-washed and sealed. Back patio pergola was sanded, primed and painted. Fencing around the home was power-washed and painted. Side yard shed was power-washed and painted. Roof vents were painted.

David and his crew are punctual and considerate. We saw them working on the neighbors house and what impressed me the most was the amount of time that they spent on prepping the house for painting. Our neighbor had used them for both interior and exterior paint work and she could not say enough positive things about their work. The four other previous clients that we called were also very pleased (they all had 2 story homes.) Two of them are repeat customers of Master Brush Painting. The crew is not a pick up crew. They have been working with David for 12 years. I did not have any concerns about them being at the house even when we were not here. They take a great deal of time prepping the house - which is really the most important part of doing a paint job well. We had multiple issues with wood rot and other carpentry issues. David recommended and with our approval, brought in a carpenter that did all of the repair work (for a separate but reasonable price.) David checked in with us several times during the process to ensure that we were pleased with the work being done and to let us know what the next steps would be. The crew was careful about overspray on the ground and other surfaces. David included something that would have never occurred to me; paint the foundation all the way to the ground. The crew peeled back gravel, ground cover & weed block to paint. They always communicated with us or our closest neighbor when working on the side of the house nearest them. Overall, it was a positive plus experience.
Description of Work: Prep and painting of exterior of 2850 sq ft, 2-story home Prep included patching numerous cracks in the stucco finish, replacing several window sills and door jambs that had either wood rot or termite damage and repair to the siding, trim work and eaves on the garage.

They did a good job. They charged us $1040, and it was well spent. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Master Brush Painting for carpentry. They raised base at a cabinet 4 weeks ago.
I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I called up several contractors to come to give us estimates and Master Brush gave us the best estimate. Most others asked for 50% more than Master Brush. Since our house is large, it needed several people to paint. David, sent out an average of about 5 people to do the painting over several days. We asked for several changes over the initial estimates and the increase in the cost was not high. The work was really good with all edges between colors very well defined. They cleaned the house afterward and I did not see any drop of paint anywhere. The wood work was also particularly useful. The $700 investment probably extended the life of the wood cabinets (I have many) by many years. David is also a very pleasant person to deal with. He is respectful and treats you with respect.
Description of Work: Painting the interior of my house, which is a 5 Br, 2 stories, 3,100 square foot house with vaulted ceilings, with multiple colors. This part of the work cost about $3,200. Also, the job included re-finishing all of the wood cabinets and wooden front door. The refinishing was done for all the cabinets in the kitchen, 3 bathrooms (one of them a very large bathroom), plus cabinets in the hallway upstairs and one of the walls in the upstairs bedroom. This part cost about $700.
