Work done as promised. - No receipts provided, as promised. Called several times requesting receipts, NO response and not receipts. Was to get two receipts. - Called requesting data on grout used, No response. - Called for info on removing smudges of sealer on marble in entry, NO response. The sealing is marred by the smudges, requires excessive hand rubbing to remove. These marks could be removed by a professional more easily.
Description of Work: Resurface marble floor and sealed. Sealed granite counters. Regrouted areas in kitchen, fireplace hearth and entry area of 3 feet. repaired a broken marble piece.

TERRIBLE!! Company was late several times and made excuses. Did a terrible job on marble floors. Left grout that was originally white now BLACK or dirty looking!! Forgot to buff wax off of some counter tops and after calls and promise to come back to finish. They didn't come back. The owner, Doug Johnston, did more talking than working. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Clean and polish all marble floors and granite countertops.

My floors looked brand new after the cleaning process. I was delighted with the work that was done. They were on time and did work as promised. I'm completely satisfied.
Description of Work: Marble Doctors cleaned and polished the marble floors in my kitchen and hall. This in involved wet sanding and polishing.
