+ -1 moreThey were pretty flexible when I needed to change the date of the appointment and were on time. The carpets were cleaned quickly and looked good afterward. However, they seemed to take a long time to dry- over the 6-8 hours more than Magic Steam estimated. Will probably use them again.
Description of Work: Steam cleaned four bedrooms, hall, and living room.

+ -1 moreMY EXPERIENCE IS ALWAYS GOOD WITH MAGIC CLEAN. THEY COME IN ONE DAYS NOTICE FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO REMOVE ANY STAIN AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB ON JUST CLEANING CARPET AS WELL.
Description of Work: MAGIC CLEAN TAKES THE STAINS OUT OF MY WHITE CARPET AND ALSO DOES OCCASIONAL CLEANING. THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND I NEVER WORRY ABOUT STAINS. MAGIC STEAM CAN HANDLE ALMOST ANY STAIN.

I am happy with the quality, price, response time, & professionalism that I have received from this company. I will continue to use them.

+ -1 moreMAGIC STEAM WAS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY GOT OUT STAINS THAT I DID NOT THINK THEY WOULD. THEY ALSO SOLD ME A PRODUCT TO REMOVE STAINS AND ODORS WHICH I HAVE SINCE USED AND IT IS FANTASTIC.
Description of Work: STEAM CLEANED ALL CARPETS IN OUR FOUR BEDROOM HOUSE, INCLUDING STAIRS AND A DINING ROOM RUG.
