Excellent quality of work and effort. In some areas went positively beyond what was expected, while adequately communicating any changes that needed to be made. Asked permission regarding working weekends and holidays; otherwise was willing to work 6 days a week starting early hours. Fair and negotiable, while friendly and easy to work with.
