I sent my address via text and communicated by text message from then on. He was quick to come out but the dryer was working when he got there and he reinstalled a piece of the washer that fell off the front load of the machine. I paid him for the call and the repair of the washer. He said to just call him if any other issues occurred with the dryer. A few days later the dryer stopped working. I contacted him via text, we agreed on a time and he arrived on time as usual. He said he needed to replace some major parts and did it in timely matter and at a reasonable price. I have never been so impressed with the customer service, response time and professionalism that Mr. Pham has shown me. I trust him and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Luan came on time, clearly diagnosed the issue - water pump - and repaired my machine quickly. About as good as it can get when you have a bunch of kids and no washing machine! I'd definitely call him again. Don't know enough about rate structure to give honest input, but based on his professionalism, I'd imagine the repair was fairly priced.

It went very well. Fixed the dryer without a problem. Assessed the vent situation and he determined it would be to difficult to clean it out. Turns out because I didn't have a vent cover an the birds found a warm fluffy place to make a nest. Sad to deprive them of such a humble abode but I will save money now that the dryer is functioning energy efficient again. I thought the price was high but I didn't have anything to compare it to. it was great. i spoke to him over the phone and he put my mind at rest. did not try to make a sale and say he had to come over to see my dryer.

Our washer had a broken pump and Luan did a wonderful job identifying the problem and fixing it in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use his service again.

Mr. Pham scheduled me in that afternoon. He arrived on time (even 10 minutes early), diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes (broken belt) and he repaired it in 15minutes. He waited 30 minutes to run a test cycle (using the clothes that hadn't spun dry in the morning!) to make sure the washer worked. Awesome.

Luan was great.. Evaluated and got fixed.. Awesome.. Would definitely use service again Happened to my other fridge a couple of days after.. Had light and cold or so I thought... Did not freeze anything.. Called and Luan was there in less then 20 minutes.. And finished soon after... Froze what I put in - in less then 3 hours... Amesome

this is the second time I've used Lu Pham (first time was for refrigerator), this time was for a dryer. I still can't say enough good about him -- he definitely knows his appliances, very helpful, and his charges are very fair. I am really glad I found him -- he is extremely responsive as well. thanks Mr. Lu!

Luan stopped by within an hour after my call, and finish the repair in 40 minutes. The charge is fair. Cannot be more satisfied. Highly recommend!

I called, he asked for what the problem was, I described it, and he said, "There's no point in me coming out -- you have a bad bearing. If you can stand the noise, it'll last a year, but the repair is about the cost of a new washer. Just buy a new one." That is incredible, and saved me a lot of time and frustration. Thanks for being the most honest repairman ever!

Wow... A fantastic experience. I explained the symptoms to Luan over the phone and he said "no problem I can fix that". He came over within 1 hour of the call. He diagnosed he problem in 5 minutes and fixed it in 10 minutes. He was fast, polite, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend his services

He arrived the same day as i called. everyone else needed 2 weeks. Te was very good and q quick. He even had the part. the total bill was 165.00 he was done in 45 min. great job. I will call him again

Awesome! He was on time! He replaced dryer motor with new one in his truck and he got the washer working again without needing a part. Prices were fair and his recommendations were great!

Laun Pham was professional and responsive. He arrived within an hour of my call and fixed my refrigerator. I would recommend him to anyone and plan to use him again should the need arise.

We had a great experience with Luan Pham. Our refrigerator and freezer were no longer cooling and he responded to my call first thing Saturday morning. He was able to make it out within a few hours and completed the repair within about two hours, including a trip to Hayward for the part. I highly recommend LP.

He could not find anything wrong with the washer & dryer (which determined renters were not using properly) and identified the problem with the dishwasher. It was $40 for the initial visit and $168 for him to return with parts and complete the needed repairs. Great communication, on-time, and even agreed to meet me on a Saturday. He came back for repairs when he said he would. My renters had to meet him for the repairs as I could not be there. Renter followed up with me to let me know he completed the job and they were please with him and would recommend him to others...thus making me a an even more satisfied customer!

Mr. Pham is the best! I highly recommend him as he was prompt, courteous, knowledge, hardworking and very reasonably priced.

Lu was awesome. I saw he was closed for a Sunday, but he answered and was out in 45mins. He took care of a dead motor and a leak without any hesitation. Great attitude and great work. Done quickly and was very respectful.

Our washing machine stopped spinning clothes, resulting in them coming out clean, but sopping wet. I called Lu and he actually came right out in less than an hour. He was professional and efficient and diagnosed the problem after carefully examining the appliance. Unfortunately, the electronics in the motor were shot and we need a new one, but Lu was very competent and we'd never have known without his expert examination. I would definitely use Lu and his company again.

Mr. Pham knew exactly what the problems were to both appliances. He replaced the motors to them and made minor adjustments, and now the appliances are as good as new. I highly recommend Mr. Pham. Besides his excellent service, he is prompt to answering my calls; he's on time; he works efficiently; and he is pleasant with a great personality. Thank you Mr. Pham for a great job done!!!!

I called around 10:00 a.m. for a service call regarding my dryer and Luan was able to diagnose over the phone stating that he thought it was a bearing problem. He asked for the brand of the dryer and told me he would be out around 11:30-noon. He called back and told me that he could make it by 11:00 a.m. He was right on time and was able to fix the dryer in about 45 minutes. He was courteous, punctual and knowledgable. I would certainly recommend him and will definitely keep him in mind should I encounter other problems with my appliances. Great customer service!

He was right on the money. He had the part on his truck, so there wasn't a trip to the wholesaler to wait through. He was finished with diagnosis to repair within 2.5 hours.

Our 14 year old GE Monogram gave up the ghost last night, so I was desperate to find someone to come quickly. I called LP at 7:30 a.m. and he arrived at 9:00. LP was so sweet and friendly, and absolutely tenacious. After diagnosing the problem he drove back to San Jose, found he had the needed part, and drove all the way back to Mountain View to install it. I know I paid a fraction of what I would have paid Meyer Appliance or (God forbid) GE. I'm so thrilled to have discovered LP on this list and will definitely use him again for the next appliance that goes on the fritz!
