Lou came within 2 hrs of call, even though appt was scheduled for 4 hrs later. (he called ahead to ensure it was o.k. to come early). Lou even phoned back early Sunday morning, the very next day, to ensure it was working normally and as expected before the breakdown. He was professional and relatively inexpensive compared to the others I tried to schedule. I will definitely call him in future for any appliance repairs and highly recommend him to anyone else.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the time I found him on Angie's List till my dryer was fixed was 45 minutes.

Over the weekend I dropped a spoon down my dryer's lint trap. Bright, I know. So I called LP Appliance Service at 9:30 this morning and explained my problem. Lou was at my house 45 minutes later and in about 30 minutes he had the spoon out. He was polite and very professional. He didn't even laugh at me for having a spoon caught in my dryer. I guess in the world of appliance repair he has seen it all. I would not hesitate to call him again for any appliance mishap or even an actual repair. He was great.

Called Lou, LP Appliance, in the morning and he said he could be out in the early evening to evaluate my refrigerator problem. He arrived promptly that same day, diagnozed my refrigerator problem, and had the part in and refrigerator working within 30 minutes! He repaired it at a very resonable price! I would definitely call him back on another appliance repair!

The call was relatively short. Quick, quick diagnosis and then the bad news delivered in a professional manner; "I suggest you buy a new one, a repair would be costly and this failure is likely to occur again." Not what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to hear. He went on to recommend several brands as well as styles of washing machines. As I say, not what I wanted to hear, but I now know what is needed, and at times you can't ask for more than that.

Excellent. I have used LP before, so when on Sunday my dryer died, I knew I had to call them. Lou was there in 15 min (not 45 as he said!!!) and immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it, cleaned the area. Amazing!!

so i looked up on sunday angie's list for appliance repair. the last guy i used (coolkat, who was also wonderful) was not available. LP was listed as someone who came to help someone else on Saturday, so I said, let me try Sunday. I spoke to him, he was there at my door in 20 min, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, all for a very reasonable price. he also identified some other issues in the dryer (no charge!). very nice and helpful person.

Lou came within 35 minutes after I called him (on a Saturday!) and had the problem diagnosed in five minutes. I needed a new assembly clutch, he quoted me a price, and he had it fixed in less than an hour. He gave me some tips on how to keep the washer going for another 10 years, and off he went. the part is under warranty for 90 days. Awesome!

He came to the appointment on time and was very eager to work. He was very knowlegeable with washers and dryers; since he indicated, he worked for Whirlpool for many years. His price was good for the job done.
