I then went to Angie's List to read several reviews on large appliance repairs. After reading several reviewer comments about LP Appliances on Angie's List I decided to give them a call. The repairman told me he would be at my home in 45 minutes to diagnose the problem. He arrived promptly, checked out my washer, told me I needed a new pump and that he had one back at his shop. He left to retrieve the pump and returned and installed it. From the time of my call to the final installation took less than 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with the efficiency and courtesy of the repairman. If I have any problems with any of my large appliances I would not hesitate to call LP Appliances again.

Couldn't have been happier. He was punctual as he was here in less than an hour from calling. He took the dryer apart, diagnosed the problem and replaced failed part. He was personable and professional. What more can you ask?

The guy was very efficient. He was a lot easier. I had someone else in line to do it. They were booked up. He came out the next day. He showed up when he said he would. He fixed everything. He was a little difficult to understand in someways.

I called at 8 am, he agreed to come between 9 and 9:30 (we agreed that was $30 to consult), He met my wife at 9. Oven was repaired shortly thereafter

I called around 11am on a Sunday morning. He was at my door within an hour, diagnosed the issue in a few minutes, gave me a firm price for repair (including the new motor and belt) and openly discussed the tradeoffs of buying a new dryer versus fixing this one. He told me that it would take him about an hour to get the parts, and about 2 hours to fix. I decided to go forwad with the repair. He headed out, was back within about the hour that he said, commenced to repair, and repairs were complete exactly as promised. On-time and perfect. He is very friendly, clearly knows what he's doing, amazingly prompt and on-time, and cleaned up afterwards. It's outstanding to see this kind of service where on a Sunday morning, you call him, and 4 hours later your 18-year-old dryer is as good as new.

Great work! I arrived home from vacation with two suitcases of laundry only to discover my dryer wasn't heating. Lou arrived the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part which he had with him in his truck. I couldn't be happier with the service. I highly recommend him.

I called Mr. Pham around 9 a.m. and he arrived within the hour, earlier than promised. He set right to work and had replaced the part within 30 minutes. He was very professional and friendly. I've kept his card to give to friends or call him for other appliance repair. I was very pleased to get my oven back in operation so quickly.

Lou is the best! I called and Lou was at my house that very day, 10 mins. before the appointed time, wow! Lou clearly explained to me the problem and why it was the fan motor that was the issue and gave me a fair price. He did the work without having to remove the bottom freezer door itself, just everything including the shelving had to come out - he fit right down in there and did an excellent job. He even cleaned the bottom of the freezer compartment out since it is a bear for me to reach back into it. He is a very nice, honest hard working man who I would call again if needed.

Good estimate and it came out to be that exact amount. Good there. Great and fast service. I got the appliance repaired the day I called. The only small complaint was when I initially called I was told that the visit would be $30 if I didn't use his service, regardless of whether the vendor could fix the appliance. After some push-back, the vendor said that there would be no charge if he determined that he couldn't fix the appliance.

I called - on a Sunday - and was answered immediately. He arrived less than 1 hour after the call. He was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes. He had brought with him the parts he would likely need, including the heating coil and the hose. I suggested also cleaning the lint from the enclosure, but If I hadn't suggested it, I think he would have. He used my vacuum cleaner for that task. While he had the roller out for the cleaning, he inspected the belt, and said it was fine. He finished quickly.

It was a lot of money because we had to buy a compressor. He was very responsive. He was here in 45 minutes. He was amazing.

Mr. Pham arrived right on the button, and wasted no time getting to work. He was efficient, thorough, and got my clothes dryer working perfectly. He then replaced my garbage disposal, and when he took a look at the operation of my dishwasher, gave me honest advice about what to do as he was not able to repair it for a reasonable cost. If you want the job done well, for a fair price, then LP Appliances Service is the company for you.

Last week, our dishwasher suddenly stopped working. We called the company we bought it from but our warranty had just expired. They wanted us to buy a new warranty for the price of $230. If we didn't, we would have to pay $140 for someone to come to our house to see what the problem was. Needless to say, we did not go with that option. After searching Angie's List, I found LP Appliances Service and saw the wonderful ratings. I gave them a call and the owner, Luan Pham, answered. He offered to come later that day, but unfortunately, we were unavailable. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning and he said he would call 30 minutes before coming, around 8:30 am. The next morning, almost exactly at 8:30, Luan called to confirm he would arrive within 30 minutes. Once he arrived, he figured out what was wrong within 5 minutes! He changed a part and fixed our dishwasher and tested it to make sure it worked. While it ran, he even took a look at our stove and answered some questions about that for us. Luan was extremely professional and definitely knows what he's doing. We are keeping his number in case we have another appliance emergency.

Lou was very professional, friendly, and did excellent work. Also, his price was very competitive. I would recommend him to anyone who needed appliance repair. I hope we don't need another large appliance repaired, but if we do, we will definitely call Lou at LP Appliances Service.

Our refrigerator stopped working on Thursday night. I was worried if I could not find someone to fix it, we would have end up with a weekend without refrigerator.The owner, 'Lou', was very responsive. I got hold of him on Friday morning and he was able to come on the same day. It was a breeze for him to fix the fridge and now it's working like new. "Lou" was courteous, professional, and more importantly, did quality work. He even cleaned the floor under the fridge for us ;) We would definitely use him again.

The owner was prompt and knowledgeable. Within a couple of minutes he'd confirmed the problem, and had a detailed estimate of what it might cost. He was there about an hour, fixed the problem, and took care to clean things up before he left. I'd say trustworthy, knowledgeable, and value for money. Definitely thumbs up.

This man is the god of large appliance repair. Very nice, very professional and he let the cat look over his shoulder while he fixed the problem. Price was great. A new fridge at Costco was $1,000 and he fixed this one for $165. This is the best applicance repair experience I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Overall went very well. Arrived on time, diagnosed problems quickly & skillfully fixed washing machine and then our refrigerator. We had only contacted him regarding the washing machine.

Our Kenmore refrigerator wasn't as cold as usual, and we thought we had to buy a new refrig. We were recommended to use Angie's list, and saw LP Appliances were rated very high. We were desperately in need of our refrig running. I called Lou at 1:00 p.m., and he was at our doorstep promptly at 5:00 p.m. that same day. I recommend him highly, and his rate is very reasonable. He is very efficient, and we are extremely happy with his excellent service. Thank you Lou for everything..

Mr Pham was on time and even called to let us know that he was on the way. He looked at the washer and guessed that it was very old (it's at least 20 years old), but he said that old ones are still the most reliable and sturdily made. He said we should keep it around as long as we could. His fee was very reasonable. Although the call was for our washer, we also asked him about our old dishwasher that was not draining. He checked it over and couldn't find anything wrong. Whatever the problem was, it wasn't there anymore. We've been using both washers since Mr. Pham's visit with no problems. We would definitely call him again for any of our appliances and would also recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

Lou was courteous and friendly. He worked quickly and effectively. I felt that his price was very fair, and he was ready to stand behind his work. I would recommend LP Appliance very highly, and I will definitely use them again.

I was pretty satisfied with him. He was very knowledgeable, very nice and gave me my options. He didn?t really pressure me into anything. He was real straightforward and the price was good.
