Wonderful customer service. I had a couple of appliances that needed servicing. He fixed my washer and my stove top in a very short time.

The drier stopped heating up on Monday. I called my extended warrantee service on Tuesday to be informed that the first appointment would be Nov 29 (It's Nov 6 so I need to wait three weeks and get to go to the laundromat in the mean time!). Called LP Thursday after lunch. He came out an hour or so later and fixed it. Done, done and done. - Mike PS: told that Samsung appliances, though they have nice features are not reliable. Seems resonable. The drier has had two heating problems in the past two years. I've had 10 year old Kenmore stuff that never had a problem other than getting old.

They came out the same day and fixed the washer. He was there within 45 minutes. He was able to clean out the hose and even showed me so I knew for future refrence. He was very professional. I would use him again in the future

He fixed it within 2 hours. He took one look and told us what was wrong, it was amazing.

He came to the house as promised (1 hour from the time that I called) and immediately determined what the problem was. He indicated he could do a fix that was a lot less expensive than replacing the compressor. If the fix does not work longer term, he will refund 100 of the fee for the amount of the part. He was very up front, professional and worked every efficiently and well within the time frame. There were no surprises and the work has resolved the overall problem Cannot thank him enough

Repair only took a couple hours and was explained well before and after.

LP was fantastic. Punctual, persistent in making sure the issue was resolved, and very knowledgeable. We would definitely call LP again.

My husband was attempting to replace the water filter in our refrigerator. He was unable to loosen the used filter from the refrigerator and consequently, one of the hinges holding up the filter broke. We called LP Appliance Service @10:30 a.m. and Mr. Pham said he would be at our home within an hour. He came promptly @11:15. Within a half hour he removed the filter, replaced it with a new filter - which he brought- and had it working. He was very neat and pleasant and knew exactly what to do.

Great. He was punctual, professional and got the job done! After cleaning the condenser and getting rid of the leak problem, he noticed that the door wasn't sealing well. He discovered a broken door hinge -- which I would never have noticed -- preventing the doors from sealing completely. But he had another appointment approaching and wanted to be on time for that customer, too, so he asked if he could come back in one hour. He was on time -- even early -- for that second visit, and he finished the job. I'm a happy customer.

He was prompt and accurate. We were delighted he fixed it in one visit. He was well-mannered and knew what he was doing.

He is professional, very responsive, honest, and knows his stuff. I will recommend Luan / LP Appliance to others and will call him again if I have the need. Details: Luan answered the phone when I called. He came that evening. We have a very old Subzero that came with the place when we bought our home a few months ago. It has not worked right since we moved in. On the phone Luan asked a lot of questions and said that it sounded like a compressor problem. He offered me the Subzero contact information to call them; also said he would be willing to check it out for me, pretty sure he could provide at least a short term fix. He came out that evening, identified the problem, and provided the short term fix, not sure how long that would hold. It started working immediately, returning to cold temp. I paid him for the work. He called the next morning to ask if it was working, and indeed, it was at the time. Two days later, it was starting to warm up again. I called that evening and he came out immediately. He did a lot of checking and determined that the compressor would have to be replaced and suggested that my next step was to call Subzero for the part. He did not charge me for that return visit and offered to give me my money back for the first visit, since he hadn't been able to give me a longer term fix. I told him no. He deserves the money. He helped us determine what the problem is. (And frankly, I'm not going to replace this compressor on this very old refrig. A new refrig is in the works!) He is professional, very responsive, honest, and knows his stuff. I will recommend Luan / LP Appliance to others and will call him again if I have the need.

he showed up on time (early, even!) on the day I called him with the problem. I briefly described the problem, and he arrived with various parts. It was fixed so quickly, and he cleaned up totally before leaving. I've already recommended him to several friends.

Luan came early and was able to fix the fridge quickly and even replaced the bulbs and the icemaker for us. We are very please with his work and his attitude. We would definitely use him again in the future.

luan showed up on time...analized the problem...chased down the part... then replaced the defective part...unfortunatly , for us , this is the second time this happened to our referigator...the other company charged considerably more for the exact SAME repair...

Called LP about 8:45 AM with my observations of the problematic refrigerator. He wanted the model number to look up and diagnose the problem thoroughly. LP advised me that he would call back in 30 minutes. He actually called back much quicker, perhaps in 15 minutes or less. He had the part (thermostat) for our model on his truck and could be right over, within 45 minutes. He quoted me a price of $195. I put him off for the morning, having an appointment to make myself, but suggested a 2 PM house-call instead, to which he quickly agreed. LP arrived to the house promptly, maybe even 10 - 15 minutes early. He was immediately warm and friendly. He kindly removed his shoes at the door before entering the house, with no suggestion of a need to do so from me. Seeing the refrigerator, he estimated approximately 45 minutes of work. I asked to observe his work, showing an interest in how I might have been able to have fixed this problem myself. He was very welcoming to my interest and showed me his work step by step. All in all, he was finished in about 30 or 35 minutes and was happy to take a personal check for $195. He left me his card for any future needs and asked if I wouldn't recommended him to others on Angie's List. I had advised him upon his inquire that it was a Angie's List listing and highly ranked recommendations of others that prompted me to call him this morning. Well done, LP. I'm completely satisfied with your service and work.

Every part of the experience went well. Luan came out within 24 hours of the call and complete the work quickly and efficiently. He explained the repair he needed to make. He cleaned up after the work was complete. He even came out again at no charge to look at the freezer again when there was some frost build up. It turned out to be my error and I learned how easy it is to load a freezer in a way that allows moisture to get in.

Quick and accurate repairs.

Two hours after I first called: the repair is complete. On a Sunday, with no extra charge. He arrived promptly, he easily diagnosed the problem, he had the part in his truck, and he completed the repair quickly. Then he said, "Don't pay me now. Wait and see how it works first."

I live in Morgan Hill. I called Lu at 6:25 p.m., and he was at our door at 7:10 p.m. He diagnosed the problem as having to do with the freon. He could not understand why it was taking so long to recharge. He refused to take any money from us until he knew for sure it was fixed. Lu was a pleasure to work with, and would definitely call him again.

I am an absentee landlord, living 900 miles from the property. Based on the recommendations from Angie's list I contacted LP Appliance Services and explain the situation to them. I indicated to tenant worked during the days but she could probably get a relative to be there when he made his call. He agreed to call them directly and make arrangements. He called me back and said that he would be there at 2:30 PM. He arrived at 1:30 PM, and after diagnosing the problem called me and said the pump needed to be replaced and labor and material total would be $145. I accepted this offer and when he called to say he was finished I advise that the tenants could pay him and I would reimburse them. He said I should just send him a check in the mail and then he would in turn send me a statement. Hey, San Jose landlords/landladys it doesn't get better than this.

Lu is a experienced technician and very professional. Our washer was leaking after we moved to our new house. We did try to find out where and how the water was leaking from but got no idea. I called Lu and he came the following day and immediately found the problem and fixed it right away. Lu is professional and nice and I will definitely hire him again for the appliance repair in future.

Lou made an appointment to come over to take a look at my oven just hours after I called, and he arrived right on time. The cost of his service call ($30) was very reasonable. He diagnosed the problem, and was able to remove/replace the defective part in under an hour (he had the appropriate part in his truck). He was professional, courteous, and swift. I will use LP again, if I ever have a need.

Call LP and he came out within 1 hr of my call. Luan arrived on time and was able to detect the problem and repair it within 30 mins.

I called LP Appliance regarding a broken refrigerator. Lu answered the phone, asked a few pertinent questions, and then said that he could come out to look at the fridge in a hour, for a $45 service charge. He warned in advance that he might not have the needed parts for my fridge ( GE Monogram). He was there in 30 minutes, and explained that the compressor was fine, but the sensor and timer needed to be replaced. He showed me the broken parts, fixed the fridge in about 90 minutes, and charged what seemed to be a very fair price. He also mentioned that he works on weekends. I was impressed with his prompt service, professionalism, and honesty. He could easily have told me that I needed a new compressor and charged me hundreds of dollars, but he did not. I will be calling him first for any future broken appliances.

Mr. Pham has repaired my washer and dryer several times. I have an older model washer and dryer that I love so I refuse to buy a new ones! My repairs have always been done within 48 hours of the call for service. He is quick, friendly, and cleans up after himself. I do not plan on using anyone else to service my appliances!
