Description of Work: He changed the inner liner of the washing machine. He arrived promptly at the time he indicated. He changed the liner and inspected the washing machine he noted some wear and tear and highlighted that due to the age he would recommend replacement as opposed to other repair. I appreciated his honest and candor. As a repair man he told me that in the future rather than him making money I would get a better value in replacing it. That is commendable.

Description of Work: We have stackable LG washer/dryer. I left the dryer filter off after cleaning, a knee stocking got pulled down into that filter space, and Mr. Pham bailed me out! He came within 2 hours of my call, and was very friendly. He's not a big guy, so how he was able to pull the dryer forward enough to get to the back is still a puzzle to me. I was convinced he would have to call a second person to help him. He got the job done and charged us what we thought was reasonable. We've paid far more than this in the past for much worse service--plus I've had to listen to servicemen give me (a woman) a lecture about leaving the filter off. Such a very nice man, and we would recommend him without hesitation.

Description of Work: My dryer was not heating up. The sensor was out. He arrived promptly, diagnosed and took care of the problem in about 30 minutes. Works just fine.

Description of Work: My dishwasher just stopped in the middle of the cycle, and would not go on to rinse and drain. LP appliance sent out Lu, she was early and was just a really nice man. He worked on my dish washer for 40 minutes and showed me how to reset the panel's digital system. The replacement of the Maytag Digital system would cost around $300.00. He recommanded that I purchase a GE dishwasher for about the same money. I really appreciated his opinion so if it breaks again, I have a solution. Thank you Lu. ~Mary Sheehan of San Jose

Description of Work: Mr. Tran answered my call immediately. He quoted me an acceptable service call charge of $35.00 and arrived right on time.He went straight to work on my dishwasher and found it needed a new pump which he had on his truck. He installed the pump, tested the diswasher and explained everything he was doing. After the installation of the new pump, he cleaned up everything and charged me a total of $125.00. I was very pleased with his promptness, explanation, installation and professionalism and would use his services again should the need arise.

Description of Work: Very responsive and accommodating of my schedule. He came ahead of time, diagnosed the problem and explained why the dryer was making noise and not drying the clothes.He gave us how much it would cost. At the end of the job, he showed us the worn out belt and other parts that he replaced. I trust the dryer is working again, though I haven't done a load test yet. If it doesn't work, I can call him.
