It went horrible, Eddy Loayza did not really listen to our concerns about having a workable plan at the end of the process. I don't think we got a $1500.00 landscape plan.
Description of Work: Loayza was hired to draw a backyard landscape plan for our use to be implemented in various stages. Loayza did draw the plan but it would have been so outrageously expensive ($100,000.00) to implement it, it was completely impossible to do any of it. We live in a regular track home neighborhood, $100,000 to put in a backyard landscape was so out of the realm of possibility (or even starting the actual landscaping job).

They were professional, more so than some of the characters I interviewed. However, the price was high for the work involved.
Description of Work: They filled in our swimming pool. First they drained it, then made some holes in the bottom, broke the top portion of the pool & filled it in with dirt. They compacted the dirt at the end. The tricky part was getting their equipment to our backyard. They knocked down one fence & a side deck to reach it, though we were planning to get rid of the deck anyway.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE SWIMMING POOL AND THE LAWN ITSELF. HOWEVER, THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP THE MESS COMPLETELY, AND DIDN'T RESTORE THE BROKEN BACKYARD DOOR TO ITS ORIGINAL FORM.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY DISMANTLED AND FILLED A SWIMMING POOL IN THE BACKYARD, AND PLANNED LAWN ON IT.
