Linh Truong

I found Linh Truong on the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. We were looking to buy our first house. We ended up finding a place in Dublin, California. It was a little ways out of San Jose, but Linh had no problems helping us there. We found a 5 year old 3BR/2B townhouse that was in short sell. Linh helped us each step of the way. She kept us informed and answered all our questions through out the process. She even met me at my work in Santa Clara to do the paperwork. During the short sell process, we ran into some problems with our mortgage company that my wife and I had picked that cause the house to almost fall out of our hands. Yet Linh went to work even harder for us and found another mortgage company that would be able to expedite their process and complete the deal before the bank put the house in foreclosure. She worked hard behind the scenes for us dealing with the old mortgage company, the new mortgage company, and the sellers agent. We did not think we had a chance, but Linh never gave up. We are glad to say that Linh landed us the townhouse we didn't think we would ever get. She is an outstanding real estate agent and a wonderful person to work with. We would definitely use Linh again in the future.
