+ -1 moreAmazing service from Charles! My HP laptop’s sound wasn’t working and said sound output not working. I called HP and they quoted $600 just to send it in and have it fixed. I ended up finding Lightening Computer & Laptop Repair to help with this issue. Charles was super quick in responding, quoted me a very good price, and was able to remote in and fix my issue. It was quick service and he walked me through the steps of everything. I truly appreciated his help with resolving this issue and now my computer works great! I highly recommend this company and Charles. Thank you again.

He also gave me outstanding advise on which laptop was best suited to my needs and directed me regarding price considerations, as well. He set up automatic back-up systems and SPAM filters. Charles worked with me from the period of August 1, 2011 – September 8 as I have had ongoing questions that he is always willing to answer over the phone, day or night. I spent approximately $300 with Charles.
Description of Work: Charles is great to work with, highly knowledgeable especially on the Mac, responsive and proficient. Charles is not an Outlook expert but is always willing to put in the time to work out solutions.
