Level 10 Overhead Door

Omar was great - professional and personable.

Omar slick sale pitch was his best part. Omar stored or left my new premium door outside in heavy rain then lied about its wetness. He installed the door with still-wet insulation and torsion springs full of corrosion spots. The track is warp at location and has step with sharp edge that damages roller wheel. He handled parts very rough as if he didn't care. Exterior trim has large crack but he installed it anyway. Omar threw heavy parts on to garage floor from height not caring about chipping its surface. Door runs very noisy. He rushed through the installation so he could meet his next job. He left out installing the basic slide bolt then would install it only if I waive his installation warranty. I regret buying garage door from Omar and have it installed by him. Appropriate company name is Level 0 Quality Is Over My Head Door.

I HAD READ THE CONTRACT AS PAYING FIRST BEFORE THE WORK WAS EVER DONE. THIS NEEDS TO BE WRITTEN MORE CLEARLY. THEIR WORK AND TIMING WAS ALL DONE HAS THEY QUOTED. I WILL DEFINITELY US THEM AGAIN.

These guys were referred to me by HomeAdvisor.com as well as other garage door companies. Omar was quick to contact me and even though I wasn't able to pick up his call because I was in a meeting, he was very responsive through text messaging. His quote for replacing a broken spring was the lowest I got from the other companies referred by HomeAdvisor - way lower like only a third of the quote by the other companies. I found it odd but after looking at their good ratings online, it sounded reasonable to me so I booked them for next day appointment. The technician, Ernie, arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately. Ernie was very quick and efficient. He was in and out in no time. My garage door is now fully operational again. I am very happy with Ernie's work and the overall experience from quotation to the actual work done. I definitely recommend Level 10 and will contact them again in the future should I need work done to my garage door again.
