Level 10 Overhead Door

They arrived on time, worked, very efficiently, removed my old door, and installed the new door in a little over 2 hours. Omar is the owner of the company and he worked with one assistant. All they do is garage doors, so they are very good at it. When the owner of the company works on the job himself, you know that it is going to be done right. They were friendly, polite, answered any questions and cleaned up nicely-- all at the best price that I could find.

The serial number was not given to me until weeks of struggle with the manufacturers. He did not answer the right questions about opening the door manually. Which opens very roughly and might break the rollers on the garage door.

Omar knows what he is doing. He responded quickly to Home Advsior project creation and came over to give me a quote. His quote is simple and slightly lower than the other two companies. He overcame some challenges to remove the original, more than 50 year-old garage door and installed a new door and an opener. He also uses a good door brand (wayne dalton). Highly recommended!

While other vendors only wanted to sell me new garage doors, Omar of Level 10 worked hard to find replacement panels for my 19 year old door and have them shipped to him. Very trustworthy gentleman.
