He was very knowledgable and definitely cares about his work. Only complaint I had was he seemed to be in a bit of a rush. Overall, would definitely hire him again without hesitation. He definitely knows more than the other contractors.

The garage door looks good and price is right. Yet after two days after installation, I noticed that the left side of the door does not touch the ground. There is a small gap between the door and the ground where air and dust can get in. It is the rubber strip that does not touch down. I called the company , no response in 3 days. Called again, no response. Finally I wrote them an email 3 days ago. Absolutely NO response. This is less than two weeks after installation. So I wonder what is the guarantee for and how it works. Before installation, Omar claimed that there will be no gaps and no air nor debris nor dust will get in. Very very poor customer service after installation.

I enlisted Level 10 to replace my two garage doors. The price for the doors and a new opener was very reasonable and the quality of the materials was excellent. Omar did a great job and kept me informed of progress and explained the features of the new opener very well.
