I have the pleasure to work with LeCut Construction to build additional living spaces and remodel my entire house. My experience throughout the process has been exceptionally well. I sincerely praise Michael and Guy for their workmanship, sincerity, attention to details, quality and customer experience. We added two new bedrooms, two new baths, relocated kitchen, remodeled existing bathrooms/beds/family/living rooms. It was a complete team effort that took a lot of coordination from multiple sources and LeCut Construction has exceeded my expectations. As many are searching to remodel their home, I was fuzzy and did not know where to start, what the entire process entails and especially the cost. I worked with Guy from start to finish and was impressed with the level of communication from Guy as well as how they stuck to the timeline for the project. I hired Lecut Construction to remodel my entire home including 3 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and carpeting. They are very knowledgeable and were very clear in communication. They gave us full freedom in choosing our designs and modeled and constructed exactly like how we wanted them, without changing the price on the initial contract. They kept on their schedule without slipping up. In addition, it's been more than a year and I can still call them anytime if there is any issue and they would come and fix the minor issues without any charge.

We are happy with the communication from the foreman regarding the progress, of the job. We are satisfied with the outcome of the job.

We hired Lecut construction 7 months ago for our addition project in San Mateo. Michael and Edgar did a great job in updating us and keeping us in the loop of the entire process, and made it very easy and comfortable to understand what to expect every stage. The guys did a great job and we are extremely happy with the results, we had Tal the designer to help us with all our material selection and Edgar was there every day to assure that we happy with all the work that going on. We got a master suite addition into our backyard from Lecut and Edgar was the foreman. Once we got the permits the work started. The entire process from start to finish was pretty efficient. If we didn't like how something was done and wanted something to be re-done, touched up, etc the workers were always accommodating which makes us very happy. Michael kept us updated on what was going on so we were kept in the loop. The workers wore masks and did Covid-precautions

Lecut Construction is one of the best remodeling companies out there! We contacted them looking for help with an our kitchen remodeling project. Their friendly receptionist replied promptly and we had a project manager,Michael and guy , at our house in just few days. The project managers Michael and guys was extremely attentive to all our concerns and questions and took full control of all the necessary paperwork and scheduling. Prior to contracting with Lecut we have postponed our project multiple times in fear of the headache and time-consumption we expected to have, however, Michael and guy made the project effortless for us. After the completion our kitchen looks incredible! Prior to committing to Lecut we have consulted with multiple companies, but none came near to the in-depth knowledge, caring customer service, and detailed quote and project plan that Lecut provided.
