First the estimate was over $14,000 and then with a number of supposed discounts it came down to a little over $10,000. However, if I signed the contract and give them a check today ONLY, they would do it for $4990. No way would I trust such high pressure -- felt like one of those time share approaches.

DAMAGE ALL OVER! My roof looks like the gutters were gouged out by amateurs! First off, I knew I had old gutters & that they needed replacing, so when the sales guy offered to have their gutter guy install the gutters first, then follow up with their gutter guard team, I decided to have Leaf Filter do the whole job. I should've paid someone else because they did so much damage to my roof! They cracked/split 2 eaves almost clear through, damaged the fascia board & left gaps exposed in the front of the house, and never even told me that they were coming! My original install date was 7/12 at 8:30AM, and at 11:30AM I got a call that they couldn't do it & had to reschedule--he asked I call him back at the end of the day, which I did. On call #2 he said to give him 20 mins & he'd call me back. 2 hours later and no call, so I called him again, and he rescheduled me for 7/17. When I arrived home on 7/17 & saw nothing done, I called the 800 number and was told he'd call me in the morning. On 7/18 I got a message that they were running behind jobs & that mine would be done sometime soon. I came home on 7/19 to find they had been at my home and did this to it! I called all the numbers I could find & left messages saying that I need to speak with someone ASAP. I am so angry!

Overall, 4.5/5. I was sort of busy over the holidays but they called an left a few messages. By the 3rd call, I was actually home to pick up and respond to them. The free estimate and inspection was a fairly short window, less than a week from that 3rd call. While I loved the idea of a year long estimate, they did do a “cheaper” lock in if you do business with us which I’m not a huge fan of. Anyways, the walk-through and estimate was done very nicely, he was extremely friendly and polite, this took roughly an hr. Once I agreed to having the job done, I was even more surprised that they could do the job literally the next day. The installer was on time and a actually alittle early from my understanding and when I got home, I introduced myself and he too was friendly and seemingly a very hard and fast worker. He was done within 3hrs of getting there. It has rained a decent amount out here the last month and a half and I haven’t seen any problems arise yet. Overall, I would recommend them if you are interested in getting a gutter guard to prevent the leaves, dirt from getting in.
