They are responsive. They are very good at giving advice when you need help to determine if the kind of blind you are looking for is right for the window. I think the best thing is that the customer service is excellent.

Great! It was ready for pickup in 4 days and was done for a reasonable price.
Description of Work: I had a large faux wood mini blind that needed repair (the cord had broken). They were the only place that I could find that would repair mini blinds.

I needed 4 different types of windows covered. With three of them, the saleslady didn't have a lot of creative ideas herself, she just par rotted the thoughts I had. For the kitchen, though, she recommended the roller shade, which was something none of the other companies had suggested, and which was a perfect solution. The unit came in correctly, and the installer did a great job. I've asked for a longer chain, however, and have yet to receive it (3 weeks so far).
Description of Work: Purchased and installed a roller shade over my greenhouse window in the kitchen.

THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS WAS EXCELLENT. THE INSTALLATION WAS PERFECT. THE INSTALLER WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. DON LAVOIE CAME BY TO MAKE SURE THE MEASUREMENTS WERE PERFECT FOR THE SUNBURST.
