This store has several locations in the bay area, we dealt with their Montague Expressway location in San Jose,CA. We were looking for shower panels and tiles/counter tops for our bathroom remodel work. This store has several model work on display, and very easy to select the color/style/size of the material you want. We visited three times to look up things and discuss our needs with the store folks, all the time we were very pleased with their service. Excellent customer service. They helped us showing different options and color combinations and provided good ideas. This helped us greatly to make our selection, we bought the tiles/panels/sinks from this store. They have excellent selection of colors and sizes. Price was also very reasonable. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommended.

We initially bought 5 granite slabs at KZ Kitchen. They're fairly cheap and have a good selection. We went to their warehouse to pick out the 5 slabs we wanted, and they were marked with a sticker so they knew which ones to give to our contractor when he came to pick them up. When the contractor showed up at our house with 5 slabs, only 4 were the ones we picked, the other one was someone else's (we used it anyway). Unfortunately our contractor cracked one slab during install, so we had to go buy another one. Then he broke that one too and we had to buy another one. Picking out the slabs at their warehouse is somewhat of an experience. Because of the way they store them, you can only pick from about 6 slabs. Any more than that, and the guy that's flipping them over for you can't hold them anymore. This could have been easily fixed by supporting the rows of slabs on both sides instead of only on one side. Then if you're unlucky, or take too long, one of the guys will start yelling at you that the slabs are all the same and you should pick one already. Very unprofessional.
