Description of Work: Replaced garage door opener, all springs (one was broken), and aligned tracks.

+ -1 moreThis company repaired my garage door in 2009, and it is now (2013) no longer closing. The door is still under warranty by this company, but they are not returning any calls. Therefore, I am forced to pay out-of-pocket to have some else fix the problem. Needless to say, I am very unhappy about this.

+ -1 moreQUICK, AND QUALITY SERVICE. WORKERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY REROUTED THE ORIGINAL WIRING TO FIT THE NEW GARAGE DOOR WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE EVEN THOUGH IT COST THEM AN EXTRA HOUR OF WORK. THEY ALSO REINSTALLED THE OPENER FOR THE NEW DOOR.
Description of Work: REMOVED OLD SWING OUT GARAGE DOOR, AND INSTALLED NEW SECTION DOOR WITH INSULATION, AND OPENER ADJUSTMENT.

+ -1 moreKENT YU IS THE MANAGER WHO DID THE PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION HIMSELF. WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT, HE WAS PROMPT IN HIS APPOINTMENT TIME, AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. HE GUARANTEES HIS WORK AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY WORK ON GARAGE DOORS, OPENERS, OR GATES.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A CRAFTSMAN 1/2 HORSEPOWER SCREW DRIVE GARAGE DOOR OPENER AT MY RESIDENCE. CHARGE WAS FOR LABOR ONLY WITH A ONE YEAR WARRANTY.
