+ 0 moreMr Armendariz was very reasonably priced, very polite and very detail oriented. I will not hesitate to contact him again.
Description of Work: Mr Armendariz and his partner removed an outside lattice of 2"x 2"s and the supporting 2"x6"s in my patio area, plugged an exterior hole behind one of the 2"x6"s which was causing water to leak into my home. Refinished and repaired the water damage to my dry wall in the interior, and hauled away all the debris.
