Description of Work: Jerry came promptly to get an estimate for the skylight. He said he will e-mail the estimate that day. Despite leaving several phone messages, he did not call back.

+ -1 moreCame the day after requested a bid, and had bid in 1-2 days later. But Jerry introduced bid by saying, "I worked 3 hours on this, so I hope you appreciate it". Hardly professional. When he came out, one of the bids was wrong, there was no skylight with those dimensions. The second bid had the horizontal/vertical dimensions reversed, so also wrong. I called to ask for a revised bid, but never heard back.

Description of Work: Jerry repaired 2 skylights in our home that were leaking air. He removed both units and trim off the metal flashing and added material to seal. He was extremely prompt, courteous and professional. The work was very high quality, and you couldn't tell that he had been there after he left (everything was cleaned up). I can't believe what a difference it made--no more drafty skylights! | .

+ -1 moreThe work was done over 2 days. The price was the best among the other options I had. He will help you figure out a cost efficient way to do it. The skylight looks great, it really opened up the room. Haven;t tested it against rain yet since it is summer but I don't expect any problems.

+ -1 moreI was thrilled with these skylights. He put one in 2000, and the other one in 2004. When I had a new roof put on, I got away from the shakes. He had to remove and redo one of the skylights and he did a good job. He's a real funny guy.
