JJ&J CLEANING SERVICES

Well, she was late (and could not find our house) for the move out cleaning estimate. The estimate itself was very over priced for an empty house. I was told that they tell clients to throw out mini blind instead of cleaning them...odd, since money does not grow on trees, last time I checked. She seemed (Yolanda) offended that our house was located across the street from the houses she normally cleaned (million dollar houses on the other side of Hedding, Rose Garden area). Then again, having a maid service show up in a Pimped out Navigator or Escalade with spinning rims is odd in of itself. I don't think she has ever cleaned a house, mani-pedi cured hands and high heels...need I say more? I initially decided to use her and called one more company, well the estimate was less and the are insured and bonded. Nuff said. I called to cancel and was hung up on, before hanging up I heard her say "I will call you back" and I said we are going with someone else, CLICK- no call back.

I called Javier to ask for a quote. He came out the very next day, Spent about 10 minutes looking over the place and gave me a very reasonable quote. About a week later I called him to schedule the cleaning. Again, he was there with his crew the very next day...on time and with a smile on their faces. They did a remarkable job of cleaning things I never thought would be clean again. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Then Javier pointed out the closed sliding glass door to me. I could have SWORN that it was open it was so clean. They do a fantastic job...but I hope they are insured for when someone walks through a sparkling clean sliding glass door. J J & J Cleaning service will be the very first call I make after my next tenant moves out.
