Super easy booking process, friendly staff, and excellent cleaning. It can be hard to find quality, reliable cleaners so I'm so stoked I found InstaMaids!

We've had cleaning services for years. Never had any major issues until the most recent visit. When the crew left, we discovered a broken hook, our shower door had been scored badly by improper technique and an antique window pane had been cracked. None of this was mentioned by the crew to us. We reached out to the company, and although we received a quick and seemingly sincere response from one of the "owners," there was no real follow through on their end at all. No explanation, no refund for the service (suggested by them, not us), and no response to my follow up email. We know mistakes happen, but the above experience is not excusable. They will not be invited back into our household.

I would give Instamaids a solid B. They are good, but not perfect. Most of the time they do a pretty good job. Once though, I found a lot of dog hair on our rugs, shelves, and couches. I actually got out the vacuum, and cleaned my house myself after the maids left. I called them and they offered to come back and clean again. That I thought, was pretty good customer service. We have a dog that sheds a lot and is the main reason why we get cleaners. There is always a little bit of dog hair still in my home after Instamaids leave after cleaning - thus the B grade. Last month, one of our toilets started growing mold -- which led me to assume they didn't clean that toilet the previous month. Instamaids is good, but not perfect cleaning. Price and ease of convenience of booking an appointment is good. Not sure if I will stay with Instamaids long term for cleaning, but for now -- they mostly do the job well (but not perfect).

After going through several providers, we are very happy with Instamaids. Their cleaning is always good, and they are very flexible and easy to work with for scheduling. We have various limitations around scheduling, and they are the only company who not only make it work, but make it easy to work with them too.
