Went well. He came, saw and conquered the problem. Everything went like clockwork.
Description of Work: Problem: during hard rains, we got up to 5" of water underneath the family room. Outside concrete slanted towards the house. Assessed the problem, made suggestions, then went to work. Ripped out old concrete that was slanted towards the house, installed drainage pipes and two drains, poured new concrete to the correct angle away from the house and yard, so water would go to the drains behind the house, down the side, and out to the street. All drain pipes under the concrete. Also removed rotten retaining wall and replaced with new wider board. Added braces to the vertical boards and to a pergola.
