When the technician came out he looked at it and for some reason he could not get the furnace to turn on. He had been messing with the switch which may have been why. He went out to his car for a while and did this 3 or 4 times. After a half hour, the furnace came on. He never told me why it was working again and started trying to sell me another furnace. He never replaced any parts. They told me what it was going to cost but he ended up charging more. He didn't even do anything. I feel like I got nothing for what he charged me. I will never use them again.
Description of Work: They checked my furnace as it was going on and off. It was short cycling.

I think they did a pretty good job. They installed the system, we went through several test runs. We did get them to call back to get the temperature balanced. I would recommend them.

Initially the guy was inexperienced. The owner came over and saw the work and immediately sent a different crew over to finish the job. He stayed involved through the rest of the job and even did a walk through with me at the end to make sure I was happy. For this reason, I would recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.
