House Doctor Painting

The entire process, from the estimate/quoting step through the completion of the work was outstanding. Kelly was prompt for the estimate appointment and very informative about the work that his team would complete. After choosing House Doctor's, Kelly was clear about what the next steps would be, including what we needed to do in preparation. When Junior (crew lead) arrived to complete the power wash, he again reviewed how the process would go. When he and his team arrived the next day, they were amazingly fast, yet careful and thorough. They were finished after only 2 days. They were very careful in all aspects - moving furniture, covering/masking off non-paintable areas, painting around delicate plants, etc. Also, I cannot say enough about how nice Junior and his crew were. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Finally, the resulting paint job was beautiful. Highly recommend House Doctor Painting!!

I think his licence should be revoked or I believe this company got thier licence from a Cracker Jack Box !!!! Never use this company They are a bunch of unprofessionals that can't paint ..... Also I think this company makes up thier own reviews to get the business!!!!! Beware this company is a total fraud!!!!!

We could not be happier with the House Doctor! We had our exterior painted, two wood decks, a shed, and they stained our fence. Kelly was very responsive, and on top of the process. He came out every day to check on how the work was going, and to make sure we were good with what was going on. He provided great service. His crew was also amazing! Always on time, and asked questions when needed (moving yard furniture, personal preference, etc..). They paid close attention to detail, and the end results were perfect. I will definitely hire them again.

1. It was somewhat difficult to come to agreement on what we are going to do. It is a big project and I had to test and review the colors. 2. Execution was very good. 3. There was some left over work that have taken time to finish (4 month). But they respect all their commitments and come to finish even after I paid them the whole amount.

Everything occurred like clockwork, We were impressed with the painting crew, the lead helped me pick a great color for the Deck refinished. They did the shed first to give us an idea of the color palate. Everything was protected and the clean up was done nicely.

They painted in 3 days. They had 4 men, and were quick. They left the place very clean, and were very quite. I could not believe how fast they were. I recommend them to my daughter, and they are painting her house now. I am an older lady, and am glad they did not try to scam me. Other companies can be kind of pushy sometimes withme. The other estimate I got was for $7,000. I was very happy with this companies price, and their work.

The job was well done with good attention to detail. They were responsive to requests and did a thorough job cleaning up afterward. The best experience we have ever had with a painting company.

This duplex map had not been painted since it was built. It was in dire need house doctor “remedied” that with a durable & lasting paint job.

Crew was punctual each day. Work was thorough and excellent. All detail work completed trim work especially good. Stems not to be painted (done handler locks, etc) marked off well.

Excellent job by handyman to replace siding and repair/ replace other rotted wood on trellis and post. Great value overall. Painting crew and work could not have been better. Excellent stunning , gorgeous!! Anna helped choose color too!

A four person painting crew showed up on the designated start date. They performed the 21 step House Doctor preparation process that included power washing, scraping off loose paint, patching and calking cracks, priming, and painting all surfaces. Significant scraping and patching needed to be done on the stucco surfaces and wood window frames due to severe sun damage. The painting crew worked very efficiently and completed the project in 2 1/2 days. The were very courteous throughout, helped move and replace heavy objects close to the house, and cleaned everything up after they completed their work. I would definitely recommend House Doctor Painting to others and felt they did excellent work for a very fair price.

They were efficient from A to Z the quote, prep, paint, touch-ups. I’m very pleased.

The estimate appointment with Kelly was scheduled timely, and adhered to. Everyone showed up on time to do the prep work and painting. The work began promptly and took less than 2 days. Junior and his team were nice, friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job painting my house. Cleanup was thorough and complete. The only negatives were a bit of over-spray on landscape plant leaves and boulders, and some low lying flowers were trampled.

Great experience overall hector & Eduardo prepped well on 4/5/16 junior and his team braved the beat and did a fine job painting exterior on 4/6/16. Very friendly and helpful. Super clean up.

Painting was completed on time in September . A couple of months later I noticed what to appeared to be peeling paint or bad preparation on the siding of the house in a couple of areas and called Kelly to take a look. He told me he would be out the next day and never showed. I called him again and scheduled another appointment. He didn't show again. Then one morning he showed up without an appointment and wondered why I wasn't available. I called him back, scheduled another appointment, and he never showed. I haven't heard from him since. He was the first painter to provide a quote when I needed painting done, but his responsiveness to problems is poor.

Everyone showed up on time and did a great job painting my house. Did some small things I didn't expect like going up on the roof and painting the pipes and vents on the roof. I had one pipe that went up the exterior of my house and ended about a foot above the roof line. They painted it the house color up to the roof line, then once it crossed they painted it white so it was less noticeable, really cool. When the guy first came out to my house to take a look he was frank with me about how paint jobs on the type of siding I had don't last long. But he still gave me the 5 year warranty, which I think will be used since I'm already seeing bubbles in certain areas when it's hot. I was fine with this since I was just getting the house ready to sell, but if I had 50 year old redwood siding and was planning on staying long term I might pay more money to get a better scraping done, use better paint, seal the old nails, etc so that it lasts longer. Or just re-side.

He called a day before job to say he will need 1 more day to come in. He never showed up to examine his crew's work after completion He refused to fix small issue that had cropped up after his job, citing all sorts of excuses. Although he knows his job, his professionalism and customer satisfaction have become very poor. He is one arrogant ....

On time - hard working - courteous.
