They were great. They were very efficient and courteous. They were excellent as far as communication. The price was very good. It doesn't need restaining until probably next year. We are considering hiring them again.

Kelly's House Doctor Painting crew arrived early on Friday morning and completely transformed my home by 2:30 p.m. the next day. They were thorough, professional, detailed, organized and neat. I am very impressed and one happy satisfied customer.

Provider was quite patient with us as the original quote was provided in May/June but we couldn't pull the trigger because of cosmetic work wasn't complete and we were heading out for a long summer vacation. Rescheduled in August and executed in early September for the same quote. We looked at other quotes and this one was certainly the most competitive for all that it included in the process. They did something funky with the garage but came out within two days to fix it. The fixed the garage but ended up spraying white onto the trim. We did not notice until now and haven't called them back. I don't know how they will react to that cosmetic concern. In addition, they left and kept their sign up in our yard which was minor but tacky. I'd use them again. Owner is all business...

Our experience was excellent start to finish. Kelly came the same day we called to get an estimate. He was able to start the job within a week. They put a lot of time and are into the job and cleaned up very well. We are very satisfied.

Called on a Saturday, did an estimate next day on a Sunday, started that Monday finished Tuesday. The team came in and were really friendly and helpful! Walked around together and ensured we had the right paints to each wall. When the job was all done, they walked around and cleaned up any missed spots. I will be hiring them to pain the outside of my house soon enough!! They were great!

Submitted a request and Kelly came out the next day and gave us a quote. The job started and they did everything they said in the quote. We had some really old siding that needed lots of work and they made it look so much better. Our house looks almost new.

Kelly was very responsive and returned phones promptly. Showed up on time and really explained everything well at the time of the estimate.

The weather was wet and the team that pressure washed the house did a horrible job, left an awful mess and refused to clean it up. The paint was applied to the exterior while it was still wet and cold and peeled off within 48 hours. There was no primer used for woodwork and no sanding despite the fact that they have some 20 something point promise. When I asked Kelly, the owner to halt the continued painting until the weather was better and the mess cleaned up he became so verbally abusive, threatening me, cussing at me and refusing to stop the job. He said he would sue me so out of fear and on the advice of BBB I allowed him to complete the job. Less than a year later large chunks of paint fell off everywhere, the oil based wood areas peeled and cracked and the house looked horrible. I contacted Kelly and asked him to redo the job and once again he was verbally abusive and unprofessional. He showed up when he knew I would not be home and left me a nasty message saying, "I am tired of you lady and I want to be done with you and your b*******!" Something is very very wrong with the man and his horrible company!

Kelly came over the day after I called and provided an est.of job. Very reasonable and helpful. Job was performed in timely and efficient manner. Kelly has a very good team working with him.

I came home after they claimed they power-washed the house. I called the owner of the company to tell him I didn't think it was done well and I wanted it to be done again. He said ok and then hung up on me. The company has not returned any calls and has apparently abandoned the job. The upside, they never collected any money from us. :)
