Hernandez Tree Service

I bought the $199 for $400 of service deal. It took 2 months to return my call. Then he said he wouldn't honor the coupon. This is inexcusable to me.

The company said he would give a discount of $199 depending on how much service a member wanted as opposed to $400 of service for $199. He sounded confused about the deal he was offering. I called Angie's List for a refund and used another company.

He came out and looked at the tree. I’ve had other estimate to take this tree down and trim another. This gentleman advised that I would have to remove my sidewalk in order to remove the stump. I was hesitant because the other companies never advised this. His estimate was also quite a bit higher than the others. He did come back with a lower price, however, it still was not cheaper than the other quotes I have received. I decided to cancel and request for my full refund through Angie’s List.

He is very professional and will give you the answers that you are looking for along with any suggestions that he might have. I have used Rudy Hernandez for a number of years and he has always done a great job. When the work is done the clean up is very professional. Rudy is a certified arborist...he knows and loves the trees and it shows in his work. He is extremely dependable and shows up to work when he says he will be there. His prices are competitive.

As I stated above, Rudy does all of my tree work and When I get around to more landscaping I will have him do it. As a single woman it is important that I am able to trust the people who work for me. Rudy works for several of my neighbors and everyone is very pleased with his professionalism and quality of work.
