Hera Tile And Stone

They short shipped us some of the coping tile for the pool. Every other day it was another story about when the tile would be here. It was on a container on the water. It was in LA. They were going to inspect it in LA and then ship it to Northern California. These people are awful to deal with, they lie, and they clearly should NOT be trusted. Don't ever do business with them. They did not deliver all the tile that was ordered and then when they had to go buy it from another vendor, they my pool company to pay for it again! What crooks these people are.

Do not, repeat do not, do business with this company. They misrepresent their products, telling you that you are getting one type of stone and then substituting something else! When called on it they give you all kinds of excuses about how the product is all the same even though the name is different. The quote was "sometimes we get the stone under one name and sometimes under another name, but it's really all the same." Yeah right, the same until you really look at it and it bears no resemblance to the samples you were originally given. We realize that there are variations when dealing with natural stone products, but even the boxes were marked with a different name than what we ordered!!!!! And of course the owner refuses to take the product back............ Run away from this company, very far and very fast!
