Description of Work: We originally hired Laurie to do wallpapering for a powder room, but after a few snafus, we decided to paint. We had Laurie texture the walls instead, to prepare them for painting.

+ -1 moreLaurie was a pleasure to work with both times. She responded quickly to our quote requests and when we awarded her the job, she was quite accommodating in matching her schedule with ours. The price was very reasonable. She was well organized and neat and brought her own dropcloths. Not every contractor does this. And did I mention that the work looked really nice and thoroughly professional? It still does. We would definitely hire Laurie again and recommend her without hesitation to anyone who asks.
Description of Work: In July 2006: $295. We stripped the old wallpaper off the bathroom wall. Laurie completed the wall prep and papered our entire bathroom, including the two built-in medicine cabinet doors and several tricky sets of corners. She was very willing to work with us on correcting design and construction errors in the cabinets which required recutting the size and shape of the doors. Without these corrections she would not have been able to assure that the wallpaper would not catch on the doors when they were opened and closed. Previous work done: $541 Wallpapered several areas, including a bathrooms and other areas.
