Handy Man For 280

I'm not sure where to begin with this handyman. First, he does not have knowledge of his trade. When he showed up, he gave a good sales pitch and mentioned he used to be in building construction back in U.K. I had asked him to make a simple repair for side of my gutter and replace gasket in the toilet and seal cracks in the stucco wall. He went ahead without my approval took the paint off of the fascia board unevenly and just put a paint on it to cover it. For the stucco I told him to hold off and do not start any work until we meet and he went and placed white spackling on two different sides of the stucco cracks. My stucco color is brown and now I have two large white spackling spots on it. He also didn't have knowledge of the toilet fix. Worst of all he doesn't read his emails or texts.He is late, and doesn't call before coming over and doesn't follow the health guidelines for Covid-19 like wearing a mask and so on.. I have all the emails, texts, pictures and I'm considering on filing a claim with this handyman for the damages. I would never use or recommend him. I would be very careful hiring him.

"I have Honey colored cabinets - wanted a stained/finished - medium color. They are a dark chocolate. The job was sloppy - stain on the walls. It looked unfinished and not stained. Wanted distressed on the barn door but instead it was one color - too dark. I could have done a better job and was not happy with the finally product. I did contact the contractor - and the solution was to come back to correct. I felt that if they came back, they would not have done a good jog. I honestly feel robbed.
