Description of Work: "Habitat Pest Control is the best! We had some rodent issues in our home, and Minh came out to inspect. He did a thorough job looking for entry points in our garage, but couldn't find anything. He also walked around the house and looked on the roof, and there were no noticeable entry points. He used pellets in the garage that are toxic to rodents, and within a day or two, we didn't notice any more ""critters"". We didn't smell anything either, but we're glad they're gone. We did have a minor hole inside the garage that Minh fixed with sheet metal, rather than drywall, since rodents cannot eat through metal. The cost was minimal for the amount of time that Minh spent with the inspection and fixing the hole. I would highly recommend them for any pest problem you may have. Description of Work: Came to the home to inspect open areas that needed to be closed up for future possible infestations. Gave advice and good ideas on how to do it. Our exposed areas were simple enough to do ourselves, but he did say if we wanted him to do it he would be happy to. We already have a pest company come out and spray but they don't do he preventative stuff like close up areas.

Description of Work: Carpenter Ants inside home, probably coming from outside. Got lost the first time and was 3 hours late. Returned for second application at no addtional charge and was on time. It looks like ants are gone.

Minh, who by the way, Runs the Show.. works very hard to make sure he gives you the service you need for the building, and most importantly gives you great and useful reports you need to make your building a better place to live for tenants. + -1 moreI have mice in the garage and ants in the kitchen. Minh came out the day I contacted the company. Because we have pets I don't want to set out poison for the mice. Minh set up traps outside and in the garage. He'll be back in two weeks to clear them and will return once more to clear the traps. He sprayed the yard for the ants and set poison under the sink (where our pets can't access it). He confirmed my suspicion that the ants have a nest in the wall (since my spraying the perimeter wasn't working this year). Very pleasant and professional. Cost $175 plus $75 for each return.
