Minh, is a very professional and personal representative of Habitat, he clearly outlined how he would go about the business of ridding our house of rodents, and started the very same day we contracted the work.

They were quick to respond and we were able to set up an appointment right away.

Other than not calling me to indicate the pest control person was running late and stuck in traffic, the service was fine. Better communication would have been preferred so I could schedule around their time and mine.

I had a roof rat problem (eeew!). I live in the MIL suite of a large home. We soon figured out that he couldn't simply treat my attic. He had to get to the attic of the main house. When the problem didn't seem to subside immediately, we figured out there were two different attics in the main house for a total of three entry points, which includes mine. Once he got to the third attic, roof rats were history. No more noises above head and far less activity outside. Minh was prompt, personable, friendly and professional; easy to understand; and knowledgeable. I really was made to feel confident about services I was about to receive. Then he delivered. Yippee!

He was very helpful in making me under stand.

Explained what kind of insects I had and where they most likely came from. Very through and at a reasonable price.

Based only on the quality of work performed and the person who came to the house, my rating would be very very high, however, because of an apparent computer failure that caused the loss of my account on their system only the first half of the project was done. I actually made an attempt to repair a screen that they were supposed to do. When they realized the problem, however, they contacted me immediately and worked around my schedule to come and finish the job. They even removed my repaired screen and re-did it, now it looks like a p;rofessional job.

The representative came to the house and placed some traps in the attic and the backyard and sprayed around the house. He said he would be back in 2 weeks to re-spray. He noted that there was a hole in the mesh leading to the crawl space under the house and said that once he finishes spraying he would replace or fix the hole. He never came back to the house to finish up. It's been about 2 months from his first visit.

Habitat Pest Control inspected my mobile home and took the time to go through the options, pros and cons, and talk about the products and their safety. I got three bids, two from big name companies. Habitat was the lowest price yet had the best customer interaction and response. They came out on a Sunday at no extra cost. I'm happy with the results and the cost. They deserve 5 stars all the way.
