The tech, William, is very thorough and knowledgeable. The office communications is lacking and they need instructions.

Places like this give contractors a bad name. They cheerfully took my credit card payment, but ran out of receipts and --despite promises--never sent me one. They never returned to remove the traps and one-way door; or to fix my damaged screen. Months later when I called them to task, they missed that appointment too. They're supposed to call me back today to set up yet another appointment. I'm not holding my breath. The initial work itself did the job.

Good work and service

Minh certainly knows how to trap the rat inside our house -- he laid traps on the same day he provided the quote (which we accepted). The rat (who we'd been trying to trap for months) was caught the same day. Minh also identified the places where the rats/mice could gain entry into the house. Within the same 1st visit, we also got a date scheduled to seal up all those entry points. We are quite happy with the first day results!

They came back when I said there might still be a rat problem and they came out the next morning. I am very happy with their work.

The Technician arrived on time, listened to the problem, and was able to give a very professional recommendation to resolve the issue. Immediately started to work on resolving the issue, and promised to return within the next three days to check on the progress of the treatment. After one day we had success. Very happy with the outcome.

Try to connect with Minh. He is the most experienced person. Minh is very responsible and leads the team well.

Dealing with this company through Minh has been easy . He laid out all the facts & issues surrounding our pest problems, gave his cost estimate , arrived at our home at the designated day & time promptly & did the work . It's only been a few days since work was done . I will update my review after 2 weeks when he said we would see complete results .

Very pleased with service from Minh. He is very friendly & took the time to assess my ant problem. He eased my concerns on the use of chemicals & was prompt on scheduling my spraying. The spraying worked for the most part but I did have an unusual area that required a follow up which Minh came out to resolve promptly as well. I also had Minh repair some of crawl space vents where other contractors made larger holes in the vents as they did their projects which put my crawl space at risk for critters. That was done very well & professionally as well. Also, the spraying also addressed not only the ants but spiders & other bugs. Would definitely hire for my pest control needs again.

Fast and fair priced

I had house flys coming into my house from air conditioning vent, and it turns out that there was a dead animal in my attic. Minh came on time, checked all the areas, and spotted a hole under my roof. He scheduled another appointment for me tomorrow to patch the hole, set a trap, and spray around my house. All the work was done quickly and it gave enough trust to have me sign up for their quarterly service.

We have in-ground yellow jacket infestation. Habitat Pest responded to my call within a half an hour and come over to my house later that evening. The job was done professionally and very clean. I would recommend Habitat Pest.

Had the exterior of the house sprayed for bugs. Everyone was friendly and great. They did the work right away which i'm happy with. Would've liked a bit more attention to the lights which spiders had made their home but otherwise did a fine job.
