Minh called that he would be arriving after the scheduled time, which I greatly appreciated. He was very through and efficient in explanation and work. As he said, there were immediate results and completion in ten days time. I was very pleased to not have to commit to a year���s contract, but did decide to have a follow up treatment just in case. I am more than very satisfied.

The technicians from Habitat were professional, efficient and very easy to work with. Unlike most of the other companies we contacted, they recognized that we were a small church with limited resources and they were willing to give us other options besides a one year contract. They did the first treatment on Wednesday and will be back in one month to do the follow-up treatment. So far so good! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

We are awaiting the results, so it's too soon to actually judge the quality at 5 stars.. Minh is personable and comes on time. We decided on a quarter-year plan that includes an initial $135 fee and then $95 for each quarterly visit. The deal is revocable, so we are not tied to a contract. Habitat also will follow up each visit at no extra charge if the offending bugs return after 10 ten days.

He was very polite and the price was reasonable compared to others. He cleaned the basement of rodent feces and desanitized it.

Save time and aggravation that the bigger names provide. Habitat is far and above in getting the job done quickly,and informatively. Minh came out in less than 24 hours and was friendly and professional.

I have mice in the garage and ants in the kitchen. Minh came out the day I contacted the company. Because we have pets I don't want to set out poison for the mice. Minh set up traps outside and in the garage. He'll be back in two weeks to clear them and will return once more to clear the traps. He sprayed the yard for the ants and set poison under the sink (where our pets can't access it). He confirmed my suspicion that the ants have a nest in the wall (since my spraying the perimeter wasn't working this year). Very pleasant and professional. Cost $175 plus $75 for each return.
