Jerry (H&H Develoment) and his installer (Mike) did a GREAT JOB. I got several bids on this job and H&H was a) the most responsive, b) extremely punctual, c) curteous and friendly, d) knowledgable, d) the lowest price and e) the shades are most excellent (top down/bottom up). While the other suppliers seemed qualified, H&H's price was about 1/2 to 1/3 the price of the competitors and their lead time (2 weeks vs. 4 - 8 weeks) were also a marked advantage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I contacted Jerry. He replied promptly, picked up the broken shade and arranged to ship to Hunter Douglas for repair. He kept me posted of the status that it's beyond repair. Hunter Douglas stands behind their product and now I have a brand new shade! I am very pleased with H & H. I have used them for 2 houses over the past 20 years. I totally recommend H & H for their personal and efficient service and pricing!!!

Very good. Jerry gave us proper updates on the progress of the blind replacement. Jerry was also kind enough to ship us with some simple accessaries (blind handles) free of cost.

We are delighted that we chose H&H Development to install window shades for me. They were highly professional and responsive, and helped me select window coverings that met our needs, and were competitively priced. They were very easy to communicate with (by phone or email) and highly responsive in setting appointments at a time convenient for us. They also helped us get our window treatments quickly as we were moving into a newly renovated house within a few weeks of when we contacted them. The installer who came was also professional and friendly. They were also very responsive when it turned out that a couple of the shades had minor problems. They immediately replaced them. We love the window shades and were very happy with the whole experience.

Jerry was quick to respond to our request and was able to schedule a visit to measure within a couple of days. He told us that the factory would take about three weeks to deliver the blinds, and that his installer would contact us. Three weeks later, the installer called and we were able to have the blinds installed a couple of days after that. Unfortunately, the factory had mis-manufactured the slider (it was too short, though the header was the right length). Jerry took care of the re-order immediately, and the job was completed successfully a couple of weeks later. Both Jerry and John (the installer) were professional and punctual. If we need additional window treatments, I would happily go back to H&H Development.

It was really good. We had one issue with one window that we are trying to fix right now. It wasn't him, it was with the product. The experience was very good. It was efficient, we liked the product. The completion was done on time. Overall, everything is really good.

Jerry was awesome to work with. Him and Tony work very well together and do a great job of providing information and options relating to window coverings. They do great work and aren't trying to sell you the most expensive option, just working with your needs. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Jerry when you need new window coverings. He is very helpful in choosing both the type of shade and complimentary colors. He is very knowledgeable about all different types of shades and he is genuinely interested in making sure you get what you want. He is flexible and a pleasure to work with. One minor detail is that the installer did not clean up after himself after installing the shades. There was debris from his drilling etc. that I had to clean up.

I had a great experience with H&H development. Jerry was extremely responsive and professional. He always responded extremely quickly from initial contact through installation. I wish other contractors were this responsive! He clearly communicated functional and cost trade-offs for a variety of available options and didn't try to steer us towards unnecessary, higher-priced products. Total time from his initial visit to installation of custom, made-to-order blinds was well under two weeks. Overall, I had a great experience and would be happy to work with H&H again.

The experience was fine. They measured carefully and brought samples so that I can find what kind of thing I wanted. The installation was done basically expeditiously and everything. We are using the blinds happily so everything was fine. They charged me a few hundred dollars but I do not remember the amount. Their price seemed fine to me. I wanted some place reasonably close so I went with them. Basically, I just go through Angie's List and look for ones that are reasonably close and well rated for whatever I needed.

It went very well from start to finish! Jerry (the owner) was very helpful in giving options for the windows and doors and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was easy to contact, especially by email and easy to work with, especially with our complicated travel schedule. The installers were also very professional, courteous and knew what they were doing. One of the vertiglides closed the wrong direction, but Jerry and Mike (the installer) got that corrected in a few days, no hassle for me. I couldn't be happier with the results.

It was great! Jerry was great at keeping in touch- he was very professional. The installation was quick and the blinds look amazing! When one of my blinds ended up being on back order he kept me in the loop and worked with my to find a timely solution.

Jerry was great to work with. This was actually the second time I purchased blinds from Jerry (I forgot to write a review the first time). He arrived at my house as scheduled and he is willing to spend as much time as needed to go over all options available. He will even offer his opinion if asked, which I really appreciated. Jerry was great! He worked out a convenient time after work to come see us. The blinds he offered fit our needs, our budget and the decor of our house. They had to be custom made and were still installed with ease about 1.5 weeks after we ordered them.

Jerry provided us with a spreadsheet containing a break-down of the costs.His costs are quite reasonable. We paid half the cost as a deposit at the time of our appointment. Jerry is professional, knowledgeable and his recommendations were exactly what we were thinking of ourselves. He ordered the product and it came in about two weeks. His installer called and came out to install the blind (and remove and haul away the old one) which we had arranged for with Jerry during our appointment. A short time after installation we received a letter from Jerry thanking us for our business and offering future services when needed. All in all we had a very positive experience and won't hesitate to use H & H Development again.
