The job went beautifully and was done on time. My contractor Ez was professional, very helpful and easy to deal with and talk to. He also answered text and voicemail right away. My project Manager Tal was was great as well. I also want to mention Fernando who built may new bathroom. The work was flawless and I absolutely love my new bathroom. I found everyone in this company to be hard working and honest. Customer service was sincere and top priority. I plan on using this company again for future project and would highly recommend them.

Called them and received prompt appointment for initial site review with Nir. Nir was very nice, professional and seemed knowledgeable. He took my info and some specs and told me he would get back to me. One week passes- no response. Sent an email via website. No response. It's been a month.

He was very professional, prompt, and detailed. I will use his service in the future is needed.

They installed my sliding glass door at my apartment building and they did a great job.

Everything was great -- the design they came up with was far better than what we originally imagined. They stuck to their quote, even when unexpected expenses came up. I really can't even describe the difference that their work has made -- what was once a cold, dank garage is now a well-lit pleasant room that I wind up spending most of my time in.

We were considering adding an additional (master) bedroom to our ranch-style house. Ben was very professional, helpful, patient, and thorough in explaining our various options and associated costs. He made multiple house calls, showed us paper and 3-D plans of multiple options. Even though, naively we were leaning towards a 2nd floor addition, he pointed us towards a less expensive single floor plan. I was impressed that he did not take the easier option of pushing novices, that we are, into the more expensive option. Ultimately, we decided to postpone the bedroom addition to a later time, but I am pretty confident that I will go back to him when the time comes.

I was satisfied. They should not have taken so much of my time trying to convince me to hire them. I wasn’t interested.

The work took four days and everyone worked hard and did a very good job.

I Hired Green Planet Remodeling for a complete renovation of a new house I purchased. The job required expertise in all aspects of renovation: Planning, Demolition, Procurement, Plumbing, Kitchen, Flooring, Bathroom, Windows, Paint, Electricity and more. Going into a large project like this I had, as expected, many fears regarding putting the fate of the project in the hands of one single contractor. That ended up being my best decision. I couldn't have not been happier with the outcome. Their attention to detail and professionalism was obvious from Day 1. Jonathan guidance and personal attention to every single detail prevented us from making crucial mistakes and highlighting areas we can improve our own ideas. Great experience- I would definitely hire again!

Jonathan and his crew were great. Jonathan was very straightforward in our meetings, and in our second meeting he brought a quote with him for the services that was exactly what I wanted. I think the price was reasonable. The crew was very polite, and they worked as fast as they could. There were not any delays in the project, except for when I was waiting for something I had ordered to come in. My old bathroom was outdated, moldy, dingy, and ugly. My new bathroom is beautiful, and I know that Jonathan and his crew have an eye for quality and detail that really made this project come together. Making decisions along the way was easy with Jonathan and his crew. It was super convenient to call and text and everything got done quickly and at their very high standards. GREAT experience. I will definitely use them again.

Jonathan and Ozzie are the contact persons/ owners of the company. They did a very good job. They are very responsible and trustworthy. They completed the task, remodeling my whole house. I am very satisfied with their jobs and highly recommend them.

They took a few days to get started on the process. I was trying to get them out earlier, so they could start immediately after the termite wood work was completed. Even get the paint ordered quicker. But, for some reason, they delayed the start. This delayed the re-inspection of the house. Communication – Their team did not communicate well. Confusion on a few items made it more of a frustrating experience then it needed to be. They even changed the type of gates they were going to install without contacting me first. I had to find out from the work crew, not the owner. Poor cleanup after the job. I made mention to them that ALL trash, paint chips, tools, etc. needed to be cleaned up before the inspection. I needed to call them on Saturday (day of inspection) to get someone to assist with the clean-up. Even with that help, my gardener and I had to still do some of the clean-up. I was made to look like a jerk for being concerned about this (and other items). I was going to fail the re-inspection, but the owner didn't really seemed concerned. I paid a lot of money for this work. It would have been good customer service for them to have scheduled someone to be on-site the day of the inspection to make sure all was acceptable. Apparently I was not enough of a valued customer to warrant that. Lake of flexibility for collection of money. I informed them that I was tight on funds and needed to close the loan. But they would not allow for more of the balance to be paid after the loan. This required me to get close to my limit on several cards. Even the loan company was concerned about this. We lost a whole day in closing the loan because we had to document where all this money came from. In contrast, I only had to pay $300 to the termite company (who also did work to help prepare for the re-inspection.) They waited for the loan to close to get the rest. (Which was almost the same amount I owed this company.) I requested information on the warranty of the paint and labor. It took almost 1 week to get a response. At that point, the owner forwarded a "lien" document for the remaining balance. It seemed like he was implying he was ready to file a lien because I had not sent the final payment. I was waiting to send this once I had everything I needed. He said "it was for my protection." After the loan closed, I started to get estimates for the remaining painting. The other vendors came out and saw the job this company did. Both said I overpaid for the work this company performed. The owner said that no one forced me to go with his company. I think that I probably overpaid because I would not commit to the remaining work at that time. (So he marked up this work.) The problem was that I was under a deadline and my first choice was able to service my area. In summary, I overpaid for a job that took longer then is should have, with more attitude then was needed, and less care and concern then I required. I ended up using another Angie's List vendor based in Long Beach. He and his crew gave a great price and did excellent work. Then even completed ahead of schedule. Wish I could have used the other company instead of this one This company said they were going to respond to my posting. It will be interesting what they say. I am sure it will imply I was a difficult customer and they are proud of their work. That I am unfair and unrealistic But, think about this - I have to check a box that says I will be honest with my posting. For over $8500, I feel I deserved a lot better service then I got. Please be very cautious before spending any money with this company.

EZ made measurements and asked me on my preferences for tile, countertop, and color. The following week, he offered an amazing 3D rendering providing all the details and view from many angles. He also provided a fair estimate detailing all the work that's involved so there will not be surprises. I am in the process of making a decision, so I will update this some later time.

Do not recommend , this guy from Israel did not sound thorough and estimates did not make any sense. cost to replace the roof was out of roof and found other non-angies list contractor , which was 30% cheaper.

Went well, we'd use them again.

Ezzy arrived 1/2 hour early for our appointment. He provided a detailed description of the work necessary and how much it would cost. We are still receiving bids so we have not yet had any work done.

Family members had already started this project but gotten in a little bit over their heads. Nir discussed various options for completing the overall remodel, including a new bathtub, new ceramic tile around the bathtub, installing toilet which we had already purchased and replacing damaged dry wall, installing vanity which we had already purchased as well as heat/fan/light and wall mounted light fixture. Nir had some interesting design options that we looked at on his laptop, and from talking to him I was confident he could do a beautiful job. We ultimately went with another contractor but would definitely consider this company again if/when we need more work done on our house.

Their company policy prohibited me to proceed. They basically won't talk to me (woman of the household) alone about the details and commitment of the project. I am the one who makes all decisions regarding maintenance of the house. My husband doesn't take care the house and is travelling all the time. Because of that, I couldn't (and wouldn't) make a deal with them. I understand why they have company policy like that, but I just totally disagree with that principal. Too bad. I have high hope with them after reading the reviews...

Very thorough with communication. Came over with in house samples. Kept me informed throughout the process. Excellent end result. Love my counters and backsplash.

Nir was fantastic. He took pictures and measurements of the bathroom and asked questions about what I thought I wanted. He put everything into some software so I could get a visual idea of what the bathroom would look like completed and it came out pretty darn close! They brought one of their vendors to the house so I could pick tile, faucets, and the sink, toilet and tub (which all arrived without a delivery charge) in the lighting of the existing room and not having to go from store to store to store. They would have provided everything, but I made the mistake of trusting Lowe's for a vanity and that delayed my project. All the guys who worked on the project were polite and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful not to make a mess elsewhere in the house or yard. Tal, the project manager, was awesome! He stopped by practically every day one of their guys (or two) was there and even did some of the work himself. If I had any questions, concerns, or ideas, I was able to reach Nir or Tal and if they couldn't take the call right then, they would respond almost immediately or text. They were helpful in offering suggestions if I wasn't sure how I wanted something and they were great in handling any problems. They didn't care about who caused any problem, regardless of the issue; they just wanted to know what I wanted/needed and got it done. They even checked the electrical outlets throughout the house for me and fixed a light switch issue and were happy to offer ideas on "Do's and Don't's" on other things for the house since I was getting the property ready to rent. During the demolition phase, plaster was knocked loose in both rooms adjacent to the bathroom. I found this quickly in one room and it was repaired immediately. The other damage was in a closet behind clothes and I found it literally the day after I signed the completion agreement. Nir sent someone out the very next day to make the repairs. These guys were a joy to work with and their team was fantastic.

Nearly an A plus. The bathroom was an amazing transformation. Exactly what we dreamed of. Ben listened to our ideas and then made them real. He was responsive - often within seconds. The attention to detail was exceptional. The closet remodels made a huge impact. He recommended suppliers when we asked. Then he asked them to lower their price when we felt the price was too high. The workers were trustworthy, respectful, tidy. He was willing to have this be a city permitted process. Others balked at this expense and delay and oversight.

5416I can not recommend Green Planet Remodeling highly enough. I have recently had multiple contractors from different trades working on my home. I have to say that Ben and Jonny really stood apart from the rest and went above and beyond what we expected . Not only did they do great work, but they were punctual, worked efficiently, and the costs were within the reasonable quote. 5 stars all the way! My house looks great thanks to you guys.

SOO HAPPY! O.Z & Johnny were the dynamic duo. Like everyone else - I booked them based on the rave reviews via Angies List & now I get to add my own! I called them because I wanted to add on to my property. Before we started even drawing the blue prints, they offered to do a research at the city to make sure that we can even build this addition and we are within the city limitation so I will not spend thousands dollars on drawing blue prints -having the addition I can not even build. I must say that this I was really impressed by the professionalism since no other company offered me that service. After the research was done, they started working on the blue prints- which gave us even more time to save for the big phase (building the addition). two months after the research and blue prints was done and approved they started the actual building of the addition. Thank you Green Planet for being so professional, for answering and taking care of all our issues, for keeping the site always clean, for updating us daily about the schedule of work and for helping us add value into our home. Great team from the office manager to the field supervisor to the workers! If i would have any future project-Green Planet will be the company I will call first!

I have 3 bed 1.5bath house and I am looking in adding a bath and a shower to the half bath. Service was fast, Ben took a lot of measurements and answered many questions regarding codes and regulations. He has a great lot knowledge and was able to give many valuable advices.

We used Green Planet remodeling two years ago to remodel our kitchen , which included tearing down a wall and creating an island. Resurfacing all the main oak floors, and leveling the ceiling! There pricing was fair and they have a good attitude , a nice work ethic, and an artistic eye. Their representative helped us evolve our project into a really stylish and practical living space. They had good contacts with different suppliers which made design decisions easier and cheaper. Their scheduling was efficient. We were very pleased. We also hired them last year after some water damaged our office ceiling . O.Z came and seamlessly ( literally and figuratively ) fixed the warp. It also looks better than it did before the water.
