Spent about an hour with engineer to discuss options.

They were advertised by Angie’s list as being available in Riverside CA but when I called the person who answered the call said we were not in their covered area. Also I had waited too long to call so I also lost my money.

The plan for the small area did not fit with the style of my house. The stated estimate of the work seemed to be excessive at $30,000 to $40,000 for the small area.

3d renderings came out really great. But he was an hour late for the appointment. I had to reach out to him to get the renderings. For the potential remodel, he quoted a price that seemed high, but could not itemize the price. Therefore, it was impossible to know how the quoted price was created or justified.

They estimated the project to be 4 to 6 weeks. It took 11 weeks to complete. Contractor promised that he or his foreman would be on site daily. They were there approximately 20% of the work days. There were many days when no workers showed up. Multiple mistakes were made by the workers that were discovered by the inspectors. The work had to be redone, or corrected. For example, they made a major mistake in installing the radiant flooring that would have necessitated the entire flooring be removed in order for it to work properly. The contractor also mentioned that we could save money by using people he knew to provide tile and fixtures. Their prices were higher than what you could get from Amazon. The finished product looks good, but the problems with communication with the company and the length of time it took to complete the job was unacceptable.

Great work done. Crews were always on time. Cleaned up afterwards. Good communications throughout. Very helpful in suggestions and referrals to materials acquisition. The total price did not include materials (new vanities, tubs, tiles etc.). Very happy with work done. They also provided mold remediation services 3rd party. ($5,700 additional)

Mir, the owner and designer, was so very gracious. Most importantly, he listened. He then did an analysis of his own and is working to incorporate both into a design. I am really looking forward to seeing the design. I would absolutely hire for another consult.

Nir is a conscientious contractor and was very responsive. I am happy the way the work eventually turned out but it was a struggle to get what I wanted to have done. From my observation a siding project like this is not something that this company is used to. I also paid 20% additional in change order for a waterproofing issue that, in my opinion, a contractor like Nir should have been aware of or at least aware of the possibility of it being found given that the main reason for this project was because of a waterproofing issue. The change order also included a cosmetic issue that was discussed with my wife and I but never got in the contract. Other things of note: (1) the project took way longer than is should have. This is partly due to a mistake by the Hardie Board supplier, but also, again in my opinion, other preventable matters. I had to consistently follow-up and ask when the next phase was going to start, (2) Nir does not get on ladders or scaffolding. He relied heavily on pictures and my inspection of the work. (3) Nir helped me obtain financing. However, as part of the financing a completion certificate signed by the customer is required. Nir wanted me to sign this document at the beginning of the project and was a little put off that I didn't. (4) the contract calls for leaving the project "broom clean". Just for anyone reading this review this means *ground floor only*. This project created a lot of dust and debris above the ground floor which was not left in "broom clean" condition. Nir thought it odd when I suggested that some get on the roof to clean the debris and to at least give it a blow down. I understand they are not a professional cleaning company but I did not think that this was unreasonable to ask. (5) Nir was extremely surprised when I asked for lien releases at the time of signoff. I think the comment was "I have never been asked for that!". Folks that is the whole point of lien releases - you don't pay the General until you get all the lien releases. Nir is a upstanding contractor and I never was concerned about a mechanics lien but i cant believe that he would be surprised about this request

Ozzie did a great a great job remodeling on our first house. Everything came out great. We called him again because we moved and he was able to do our remodeling again. He is such a great and wonderful person. He listens to your ideas and helps with his good advice as well. He is always making sure that our opinions and needs are respected and met.

Initial contact was great. Quick response to schedule appt. Rep arrived on time and was thorough. He scheduled a follow up meeting a week later to present a proposal then cancelled a day before saying he had an emergency and I never heard back. After 3 weeks and several emails unanswered I called the office which resulted in a rude response that she couldn't help me and only the salesperson could respond. Still no follow up.

The work done by Oz and his team was immaculate. Not only did he come in and give an incredibly fair and comprehensive quote (i.e. he did NOT take advantage of us financially from the beginning, and he could have), but he went over and above what he included in the quote, and just did what was necessary as he uncovered 'hidden issues' from the previous contractor, and he didn't charge us extra for them. When we asked for a change that we wanted to the scope, he always tried his utmost to do the best for us in terms of cost and time. This guy literally saved our butts when we needed someone the most, not to mention tens of thousands of dollars. Beyond all of that, the greatest compliment I can give him (and the reason anyone who is considering using him should do it rather than using anyone else), is this guy is honorable. Its in his character, and he puts that before money. He is a consummate professional with incredible knowledge and experience, and an absolutely impeccable conscience. In fact, when he first came onto the job site in our home, he refused to touch or do anything or accept any money from us for the work, until we had assured that there was no mold and everything was remediated completely, as he told us that 'he would never expose his guys to that danger, and it would be just as dangerous for us, especially for a pregnant woman'. When we were in a very tough situation, he stepped up and took ownership and control of the problems someone else had caused (a difficult and risky proposition), and he just fixed everything for us. I think you would be extremely hard-pressed to find any other contractor with the body of knowledge, experience and character as this man has, and I will never forget what he did for me and my family. Everyone knows that building/remodeling projects can be stressful and painful. Do your future self a favor and use him. When you look back at your project, you will be glad you did.

Ozzie showed up on time every time and with a smile. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He saved me a lot of money. I am so happy with his work that I am asking him to do more work and very possibly the entire project.

When they came they did not even entertain the idea of repair and were only interested in a total gut and remodel. I told them that was a not what I had requested and ended the estimate before it got started. When I presented the $58 coupon I printed from the Angie's List purchase, they told me that had nothing to do with them, that money went to Angie's List and left. I am frankly feeling like the whole exercise was a waste of everyone's time and what did I pay $58 for?

Nir was very helpful and talking through the thought process and considerations when remodeling. He appears to be extremely knowledgeable about the nuances involved in the work. Quoted price was in the ballpark of being reasonable.

Team was very friendly and professional. They did an amazing job with my kitchen, it turned out great. Will definitely hire them again.

Great, much more then was expected and with keeping the budget. We had personal service ,someone you can trust, Work completed on time as promised. We are planing the next project..

More then expected. Nice and clean,on time as planed on schedule. We had personal care through the all process. OZ is the best, he walked as through the process, keep the budget and gave us great ideas. The result was great and any detail was notified and addressed.

I called Ozzie to do all the work at our new house because we knew we could trust him to do what he said and to do an excellent job at a fair price. We first selected Ozzie from a group of potential contractors we had vetted as being the most reliable based on the Better Business Bureau reports. This was before we had convenient more comprehensive resources like Angie's list. We started with a complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinets which was $60,000. After that first remodel we knew we had found a contractor we could trust. He did what he said, when he said and he did it right. Ozzie was always reachable by phone/text/email and he was responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. And if problems occurred (remodeling always has surprises) Ozzie saw to it that things were done right and didn't add a penny to our contract price. The only thing that cost more of course was when WE made changes. Over the next few years we ended up remodeling all the bathrooms, putting new wood floors, rewiring the entire house (it had very old cloth insulated wires), a new roof, adding a bathroom including walk in closets. So when we had to move somewhat unexpectedly from our old house we knew exactly who to call. So far almost all of the planned work inside our new house has been done. The last stage is building the guest house. The plans have been drawn up and are being certified by the architect/engineer. We will be getting the permits so we can begin soon. I can update how that goes, but honestly I've already had so much work done by Ozzie that there's no doubt it will all go well. I attached a few photos, but I never seem to take photos after the remodeling. I always take photos during the remodeling, but it's the after photos that show what a space becomes. I'm going to try to find the photos of our old house after remodel photos and upload those.

The work has exceed my expectations. The estimated time building our was shorter then expected, We had great communication during the project with the super visor and the office. The quality of work was outstanding, all inspections were approved right away. The site kept as clean as could be during the project. We were giving information and advise when ever we needed which was great help for us. We felt we save time and money with Ozzie amazing knowledge and experience. Ozzie is an honest person, very professional and it was a pleasure working with him. He made our dream come true and we are very thankful.

Ben, Ozzie and Ludis are incredible to work with. They are extremely responsive, very knowledgeable and take great pride in each project. I can't recommend them enough for remodeling and addition needs.

Good quality work and appreciated their thorough advice. Hard to contact at times and responsiveness needs improvement.

Nir was very responsive and scheduled an appointment the next day, though we had to postpone because of heavy rains. He came out as soon as possible after that, which happened to be a Sunday. There were delays during the project (not unexpected), though it did seem to take a few weeks longer than would otherwise be expected. That being said, the work was great and Nir kept me informed throughout the whole process. He helped me understand my best options for waterproofing so I could make the most informed decisions. Great work!
