Description of Work: I got a number of estimate to pull a new sewer line and Donny's cash offer was quite a bit better than everyone elses. I wanted him to pull a permit so it became a two day deal. There is a big firm in Sacramento that does a lot of these, but if they have to come over two days, the price explodes. Our situation was that we had a huge tree we did not want to upset by digging near it to fix a broken clay pipe (put in in the '20s). Anyway Donny said they do a lot of these types of sewer line replacements. It is kind of amazing,,, they pull a new 6" line (or whatever) through the existing pipe bursting it, as the new plastic pipe is pulled through.

Description of Work: Shower would not shut off had to turn off main line to stop flow. Giant Plumbing sent their handyman, plumber who put in new valve. Shower did shut off but would not stay hot and shower pressure was inadequate. Handyman came back twice, same problem remains. I set up an appointment after that with the main Giant office plumber "no show" both times, no call to me, no return of my calls. I feel like I should get a partial refund of the $150 I paid the handyman. I still have this problem.
