He's been amazing - not only fixed the issue (cut out damaged area and rebuild framing) but also made sure to identify the root of the problem to ensure no future damage. Very professional and fairly priced. Super highly recommended!

Gerhard was able and willing to do it all including some under the house duct work repairs which can be unpleasant. Gerhard was always pleasant, trustworthy and displayed high integrity. I've been happy with the quality of work done as well. I would highly recommend GerRepair for anything you need done!

Description of Work: A rental home I have in Aptos needed several repair issues taken care - quite a variety. Cabinet hinges, running a line to a new phone jack (he installed the phone jack), caulking in two bathrooms, mold under water heater stand (removing sheetrock, cleaning up mold, painting - he used a mold retarding primer), painting a bathroom wall, securing conduit for ceiling fan.

I ended up not hiring for service (for reasons not related to the cost or his ability) this time but would recommend him and hire at another time.

Description of Work: we had a number of projects that needed to be either performed or completed (previous contractor abandoned the project halfway through). These projects centered around repairing some termite damage that we discovered., and replacing a sliding patio door. We intend to use him for a bathroom remodel next year.

He communicated effectively of his next steps and if any changes needed to be made. He finished the project efficiently and on time. We are thrilled with our new door. It meets our needs and we especially enjoy the extra touches he suggested. We can't wait to use his services again for our next home improvement project.
