Description of Work: They measured, built and installed 2 entrance gates and the adjoining iron |fence between the two. They also installed a Liftmaster automatic gate opener and so far, we are very happy with the price, quality and service. |We would not hesitate to recommend them and use them in the future. Many of our neighbors have given us good comments on the additions.

Description of Work: Joaquin installed a driveway gate and electric opener. He was very patient and careful when he first visited us, he contributed excellent design ideas. He gave us a very fair price and fabricated and installed the gate in good time and fully to our satisfaction. We recommend him without reservation.

Description of Work: We added a ornamental fence with an entry gate to our existing low wall around our front lawn and a new double-wide side gate. Garcia's was very professional, providing us with a detailed sketch with their proposal. They arrived on time and took great care, cleaning the work area thoroughly when they completed the job. They did a preliminary install to make sure all was correct before doing the powder coating. My new fence looks beautiful!

+ 0 moreI have called two contractors from internet search, both came ,but only one return with estimate. I got Garcia from Angieslist , and his quote was much lower . He provided drawings of the gate design. I decided on the electronics, gate height. It took a couple of weeks for procuring the material, (after paying a $800 down payment ) they start installation of the new fences. A two person crew came and do the installation. It took about 4 sessions. They called the first time, but not all the time. Its important to to be around during the installation, as this is a replacement job, not a new construction. Some final custom fitting has to be made to get my approval of job completion. They were great to work with, I felt they do what they can within reason to satisfy the customer. I felt I got my money's worth.
Description of Work: driveway iron gate with electronics, and additional iron fencing . Old gate and fences are too low to keep deers away, and the electronics failed.

Description of Work: Installed fencing on front side of the garage and behind the garage. Straighten out existing leaning fence in two places and fixed 2 gates that wouldn't close. Extra bracing had to be installed on the gate post and this piece was sprayed painted with enamel paint after installation. The paint didn't cover the metal well and per call today I've asked them to come out to respray or paint. They are returning May 10 to repaint the metal pieces.

His subsequent forging of the grill was identical to what was requested and was a perfect DIY install. We are very happy with the grill.

+ -1 moreWe had a picture of what we wanted and a lot of people that we contacted could only do things out of catalogs. The picture wasn’t even that good but he still did beautifully. He was well informed about codes and things like that because he is experienced, and he had a big book of previous work that he had done that he could show me. I thought he was professional and very impressive. He was not the cheapest or the most expensive so I would say he was competitively priced.
Description of Work: Garcia’s Ornamental Iron Works made a custom-made wrought iron staircase that went up three floors.
