+ -1 moreThey said the door would come in within 3-4 weeks, but it ended up coming in early. From the time of ordering the door until it was installed was only about a week and a half. They were quite a bit cheaper than another company I looked into. They were very responsive and the quality of the work was good.
Description of Work: I went through Garage Doors Inc. for my new garage door. They came out and measured the garage door opening. Then I worked with them to design a craftsman style garage door. They gave me a quote.

Description of Work: Agreed to go to my property in the Santa Cruz mountains; look at my metal garage shed; determine what type/size overhead door springs were needed; ordered the springs; returned to my property and installed them - all without me being there or going to their place of business. Kept me informed by phone; did what they said they would do and on time.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE NEIGHBORS OF OURS. I WALKED OVER AND ASKED FOR HELP. THEY WERE OVER WITH IN TWO DAYS, INSTALLED THE OPENER, AND REWIRED THE OPENER SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE LIGHT SWITCH ON WHEN I LEFT THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO INSTALLED AN OUT DOOR CODE SO MY KIDS COULD GET IN WITH OUT A KEY.
Description of Work: I ORIGINALLY HAD THEN INSTALL MY GARAGE DOOR. AFTER A COUPLE OF YEARS, THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER STOPPED WORKING. THEY REWIRED AND INSTALLED A OPENER.
