I hired this company for the express reason that they did not work with subcontractors. When I talked to the city building department I was told their license *only* allows them to work with subcontractors. When I spoke to employees on site, some were working on my house entirely unsupervised without having ever met the project foreman. I am in the process of going to arbitration. I do not like working with people who will be asked the question, "Have you completed x work?" And say "Yes we have" when the answer is "No we haven't". When I said this was a lie an adult man screamed in my face, "I'm not lying." And that's not getting into the myriad of other problems that are coming up. I have a lawyer. This is all meticulously documented. Their bid was 20%-40% higher than anyone else. They are using the cheapest, lowest quality materials, the quality of work is... really low. I'm so upset.

David did the project management, but more importantly recommended most of the improvements and some design choices that made a significantly positive result for the long-term. He did a good job balancing improvements with the cost and reviewing the cost/benefit. The total cost of all the work was more than I planned; however, it was worth it (doing less would have been a mistake). It was a whole house remodel, so having the resources of a construction company made sense and needed work coordination. The major work was a completely remodeled kitchen, complete house rewiring, foundation work, new flooring, new LED recessed lighting, refacing a fireplace, new HVAC system and ducting, new and relocated water heater, new attic insulation, and minor remodeling of two bathrooms. So, they are capable of having a wide variety of work done. There was some rework required, but not significant. They will be working on another remodeling project for me soon.

They did a good job. I would hire them again.

Sami Dadon and his crew did a great job on our bathroom remodel. The main project was expanding the shower in the master bedroom (removing a wall, moving the plumbing, new hot mop and then tiling floor to ceiling). These guys are extremely professional--they worked 6 days a week (even over Christmas/New Year's), always kept the working area clean, and completed on time, despite what I thought was optimistic estimate of 14 working days. When misunderstandings came up, it was also immediately fixed and resolved as I wished. I had them quote for labor only, and they stuck to that initial quote. This also included dealing with permits (but not the permit fees). The inspection passed the first time, as far as their work was concerned. The city insisted on replacing our lighting fixtures with LED, which was not their fault of course. The crew was very helpful with fixing small things we discovered as we were moving into the new house: replacing what turned out to be broken faucet/shower in the other bathroom, bathroom fans that were clearly about to die, etc. They also hauled away our own trash generated in the move along with the refuse from their construction work. They did not charge us extra for any of this. I definitely liked the lack of nickel and diming. Sami was always available to respond to our questions or concerns. He was very helpful when it came time to shop for the materials. Rather than suggesting an expensive place where he would get higher commission, he took us to a place with cheaper than home depot prices, but better quality. His suggestions were always pragmatic and of the saving us money variety, though we did not always follow them ;-). Their quote was in the lower middle of all-inclusive general contractors. You can certainly do much cheaper, but the feedback I got on the cheaper contractors is that you need to watch them at every step, expect them to disappear for a while when they get another (better paying) job, and expect some extra money to be thrown in one way or another. If you want quality remodeling work that is done fast and entirely drama free, then Future Vision Remodeling and Sami is your contractor.

They did a good job and provided a great 1st time experience. The project manager provided everything I wished for.

They were very helpful - We were very comfortable with them. Always answered questions and would call within the hour the hour. They are really exceptional. And we were very happy.

I very highly recommend them because they are really doing great. they are really honest and professional. I'm planning to do my master bedroom and am choosing to use them next. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Great customer service. The project manager, Moses was very prompt with communication. He kept me updated on the progress and when things were going to be completed. Victor did an excellent job on remodeling our bathroom . I would use them again to do my kitchen

The construction and installation workers did excellent work. We are very happy with the upgrade of our kitchen. Just be sure to be clear about what you want and what you don't want. When you let them know what is not going to work for you, they are good about making it right.

They were on time to work, they kept the place tidy and you could hardly feel that remodel work was taking place.

David stayed in touch on a regular basis to make sure the project milestones were met to my satisfaction. I would recommend Future Vision Remodeling to anyone looking for a contractor.

We hired Future Visions based on their excellent reviews, unfortunately. While our two remodeled bathrooms look good, that’s a tribute to the laborer’s skill, not the company. During negotiations, company management promised copper piping, new electrical wiring, a custom build vanity and everything up to current code. They also said they would use 2-3 man crews and complete work in three weeks. The job took nine weeks to complete. Materials were only ordered at the last minute and repeatedly not available. The vanity which was not custom, did not fit and had to be replace. Although the company clearly knew the bathrooms were on the second floor, they only went to the nearest joint with copper pipes. In one case, they were enclosing galvanized steel pipes within the shower tiles. We had to fight to get the copper below the floor joists so that the steel pipes could be replaced from below in the future. While they pulled new electrical wires for new fixtures, they left the old wires in place for existing fixtures. As a result, at least one switch does not conform to current code. Finally, they used ambiguous language to describe components that we would have to buy. They even put in writing that we would buy the shower heads but what they meant was that we had to buy the shower heads, the valves, and the trim kits or the entire shower assembly. We bought an older house and have been doing a lot of remodeling. By far, this has been our worst experience with any vendor. In fact, we are so disappointed; we will not trust Home Advisor recommendations again.

I couldn't ask for more from Future Vision Remodeling. I don't know much about construction and have had only one other experience with a project that didn't go so well; Sami immediately put my mind at ease. I live in a 1B/1B condo and wanted to do a small project upgrading my bathtub, adding tile to the walls, and replacing my vanity countertop and pocket door. The quote was fair, the work quality and timely, and I was able to have peace of mind while I went about my work day. Sami went out of his way to be flexible with my work schedule/commute when we needed to meet in person and made me feel like my job was just as important as any large home remodel. I had a very good experience with Future Vision Remodeling and will definitely call them again for future projects.

Roy and his team did an outstanding job rebuilding a deck and remodeling our bathroom and bedroom. The project was completed early and the workmanship was top notch, exceeding my expectations. The crew was on time every day, they left my home clean each night after finishing their work and Roy was on site to ensure the process and quality were on track consistently. I appreciated the respectful personalized service and integrity that Roy and his entire crew displayed while working in our home. I will highly reccommend Future Vision Remodeling to my friends and family.

Future Vision Remodeling was great -- good attention to detail and quality, and a special attention to scheduling, budget and communication that was considerably above the ordinary in my experience. Roy was in constant communication throughout the project. He would always call and give a time when the crew would arrive and they arrived at that time. They worked every day on the project until it was completed. Any problems that were encountered due to the way the home was built, such as walls not square, floors sloping, discovered leaks, etc. were professionally corrected and the project kept moving forward. Due to angry tenant who called the county due to an eviction I was left with making updates I was unaware of as they occurred many years prior to my purchase. I spoke to several contractors and Roy was the only honest and down to earth contractor I came across. Many of the other bids were double to triple the price as they wanted to perform each item listed by the county. Roy came in and knew how to deal with the county and what needed to be updated and what was grandfathered in or original to the home asking me to trust him to talk to the inspectors. I did and I could not have asked for better. The work done included roof work, new windows, some electrical and other updates in the laundry room and bathroom. Thank you to Roy and his team and I would definitely recommend and use him and his team again.
