Frank is proactive - for example, he brought up issues he forsaw with the toilet flange given the thickness of the tile and mortar on the floor, so we were able to deal with it. If you want something you know won't leak, is code compliant and will last longer than you, then call Frank.
Description of Work: Frank did all the plumbing associated with a bathroom remodel. The challenging part was that the slab floor had to be jack hammered out so that a code compliant 2" center drain could be installed in converting from a bathtub/shower set up to strictly a shower set up. He also reconfigured the copper water lines so they'd been within the studs instead of outside which they were.
