+ -1 moreMr.Roland Vierra, of San Jose, CA., came out to our rental property. He provided us with a professional, independent and detailed report about the carpet, vinyl and tile damages caused by the previous tenant's negligence.The Flooring Forensics report was an excellent tool we used to help prepare a verified, objective statement for the tenant about their security deposit issues. The tenant previously allowed cat urination problems to occur which totally destroyed the carpets throughout the house. Of course the damages to the carpets destroyed the tenant's security deposit as well. However, having an independent and professional report documenting these problems is invaluable for any landlord.
